Ben Davies, that is brilliant! The Spurs left-back somehow gets round on the cover to slide in and strip the ball from Wilfried Bony as he looked certain to pull the trigger. Fantastic last-man defending.

You're a maverick Beth, I'll give you that. How about Troy Deeney?
Anyway Harry Kane is full of beans, he zips a shot wide from 20 yards with a low drive.
Beth, Tottenham: In reply to Steve (see 1 min) I'd love to get rid of Roberto Soldado, heart sinks every time I see his name on the team sheet, but Mario Balotelli is not the answer. Would rather take a punt on someone like Britt Assombalonga. Think he could be lethal up top with Harry Kane!
Harry Kane is involved again, linking up nicely with Robert Soldado before finding Ben Davies on the overlap. The former Swansea man laces in a cross on the run but Gerhard Tremmel claims well.
Avigat Patel: In reply to Steve (see 1 mins), I'd rather have Roberto Soldado than Mario Balotelli. Soldado may not be scoring, but his effort is much more desirable. He'll come good!

Kyle Walker receives the first booking of the afternoon for a handball, which prevented Jefferson Montero from racing forward. Dangerous man to be up against for 75 minutes on a yellow...
Former Wales international John Hartson

"Spurs have taken great confidence from their early lead, and at times Swansea are trying to force the play too hard - there have been some over-hit passes. I just wonder why one of Kyle Bartley or Ashley Williams wasn't picking up Harry Kane on the corner for the opening goal (see 4 mins). Kane is possibly Tottenham's strongest header of the ball. When I used to play centre-backs would mark centre-forwards."
Harry Kane's three Premier League goals have come in Spurs' last three away games on a Sunday.
A man made for the Europa League-Prem-Europa League cycle.
Harry Kane takes a kick to the shins as he battles for the ball with Ashley Williams but he's OK. Excellent wing play at the other end from Jefferson Montero again but his cross is well dealt with.
Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal: "We are winning now - six matches in a row is fantastic - but we still have to improve our playing style. Only after the matches against QPR and Hull did I say we dominated the game. We can learn to kill the game more easily."
Lovely, lovely move. Swansea's passing game comes up trumps as Wayne Routledge slides one through into the path of Wilfried Bony. He is still 20 yards out but lets a shot away, low and hard but well held by Hugo Lloris. Promising start to the game from both sides.
Andrew Priestley: Daniel Sturridge is in the USA recovering from injury at a rehabilitation centre. That's why he woke up at 1.30pm our time (see 15:57).

Despite the early setback, Swansea won't be rattled. They never change their way of play, it's suited them well since their League One days. Patient passing and probing is the order of this, and every day. They haven't got danger duo Gylfi Sigurdsson and Wilfried Bony involved yet.
'He's one of our own!' sing the Tottenham fans about Harry Kane. That's 10 goals for the season now for Kane. Is he the real deal?
Spurs would move to within two points of rivals Arsenal with a win today.

"A great goal from Harry Kane. Angel Rangel is marking Kane, but he bullets the header past the Swansea goalkeeper. Rangel has to be stronger than that. It's too simple for Tottenham, but a great leap all the same."
What a header that is! Harry Kane, 1970s throwback, rises brilliantly to power over Angel Rangel and head in Christian Eriksen's corner. Can't be long before this lad gets a go for England. He just keeps on scoring.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers, on his decision to drop Simon Mignolet for today's match: "I felt after the Basel game I had to make a change. Simon has been fine, he's a good professional. I spoke to him the other day and he accepted it.
"I don't think Brad Jones had much to do today, other than for the goals. The change is for an indefinite period. I felt Brad did very well for me last year when I needed him, he's a very capable keeper. We have to find solutions all over the squad to be better."
Jefferson Montero sets off on his first bombastic run down the Swansea left wing. Is there a faster man in the Premier League?
Spurs get game two of the day up and running.
Steve, Cardiff: Any other Spurs fans wanna see a Mario Balotelli/Roberto Soldado swap?
Greg, Bushey: Baffled that our top scorer Nacer Chadli remains on the bench. Would have thought a 0-0 draw at home last week may have prompted a change!
