Andy: Incredible from Eden Hazard! Perfect time to score as well from a Chelsea perspective and another obligatory assist from the Assist-King Cesc Fabregas!

Jen: Cesc Fabregas now has more assists (13) this season than Jack Wilshire (12) has in his entire career! Amazing.

James: I can't see Chelsea being as awful in the second half. Southampton needed to take advantage whilst they were on top.

An early chance for West Brom when Brown Ideye races through, but the striker blazes his effort well over the bar. Poor.

BBC MOTD commentator Guy Mowbray, who is at Loftus Road for QPR v Crystal Palace, has reported that some bookies have stopped taking bets on Newcastle boss Alan Pardew replacing the recently sacked Neil Warnock as Palace boss. Here is Garth Crooks' reaction...

"This is not speculation, this is fact. The bookies have stopped taking bets on Alan Pardew to Palace. So somebody has put a lot of money on it. There are a number of factors to consider here. If he does go there and Palace go down he is arguably just the right man to bring them back up. Perhaps after what he has been through at Newcastle he wants to stick two fingers up at the owner."

"Chelsea have been struggling and sloppy but when you have special players in your side they can lift you out of your slumbers - and that is exactly what Eden Hazard did with his equaliser. Bitter blow for Southampton, who had played so well."

Former Southampton manager Dave Merrington on BBC Radio Solent: "Well that is a class individual goal. It's a bad time to give a goal away but this game has had everything so far, it's been great."

Superb stuff from Chelsea. Absolutely superb. Cesc Fabregas plays an exquisite pass forward to Eden Hazard - the ball spinning and landing perfectly at the feet of the Belgian - and the forward cuts inside two players and then rolls a shot across the goalkeeper and into the bottom corner. Precision. Parity.

Josh: This game highlights the importance of Oscar and Willian in the high press game. Schurrle and Fabregas can't play defensively as high up the pitch.

The moment Chelsea get the ball, it looks like Southampton have got 12 players out there. Maybe that's what Ronald Koeman has done? He's certainly effected something which has knocked the Blues out of their usual stride.
