He will be coming off. It was an innocuous slip when the giant stopper struck a clearance. He instantly started waving his hand at the bench and covered his face with one arm as the pain took hold.

Daryl Janmaat is playing at centre-back, not his natural position, while Jack Colback hasn't played at left-back for Newcastle before. For Arsenal, Aaron Ramsey has started quite deep in midfield, allowing Santi Cazorla to move very close to the strikers."

Newcastle are getting at Arsenal from the outset, with Ayoze Perez proving a particular thorn in the visitors' side. He has had a couple of early efforts, both blocked though.

Harry Kane, who else? The striker pokes in his 27th goal of the season from close range after Kasper Schmeichel pushes Eric Dier's flick to Kane's feet.

Done and dusted at Griffin Park in the Championship. Brentford have snatched a point in the final minute against Millwall which keeps them sixth and a point above Wolves, who beat Derby on Friday night. Victory for Millwall may have given them hope but they are now eight points from safety rather than six.

Southampton have the best defence in the Premier League and Jose Fonte has stood out a mile in it this season. He eases a ball behind for a goal kick with Danny Ings snapping at his heels.

Steven Davis scampers through midfield for the home side but looks like he stubs his toe as he passes and the ball is lost. The Saints win it back though and Graziano Pelle and Shane Long link well before the big Italian fails to get on the end of a cross.

Hugo Lloris cannot continue, the stretcher is brought on and Lloris is taken off. On comes Michel Vorm for his Premier League debut for Tottenham.

We're hearing that there will be a 15 minute delay to the kick-off in the game between Rotherham and Sheffield Wednesday. A large crowd is expected at the New York Stadium for this Yorkshire derby...

City manager Manuel Pellegrini speaks to BBC Sport: "It was a comfortable win because we played with one player more for 89 minutes. Today we defended well and we concentrated well not to allow them to score.

"Unfortunately for West Brom, the rule is clear. He was the last man but the game is different when you have to play with one less player. It was a clear red card.

"Wilfied Bony is new in the squad and arrived after playing in the Africa Cup of Nations and he felt that. Every day, he is settling better and he is doing very well."
