Matt Ritchie fired in a corner, captain Tommy Elphick went up for a header which was blocked, and in a ruck of players, Cook was credited with the final touch.

    "Birmingham had looked happy with 2-0 - with Paul Caddis and David Cotterill taking an age to retrieve the ball from a ball-boy for a throw-in with nearly an hour still to play - but home spirits have been lifted after a below-par first half from Eddie Howe's men."
