Last season it was in excellent condition but now it has gone back to what it was five or six years ago. That actually may play into Wigan's hands."

Turkey's Super Lig has been suspended for one week after the Fenerbahce team bus was shot at by a gunman on Saturday.
The league leaders were travelling to Trabzon airport, following their 5-1 victory over Rizespor on Saturday, when the shooting happened.
The driver was taken to hospital but no players were injured in the attack.

"Birmingham recall captain Paul Robinson, Lloyd Dyer and David Davis for Rob Kiernan, Demarai Gray and Stephen Gleeson. Gray - reportedly the subject of multiple transfer bids from Bournemouth in January - warms the bench, as does ex-Cherries striker Wes Thomas."
Pete in Birmingham: As interesting as this Championship race is, does anyone believe any of these teams can last over a year in the Premiership?
