Darryl, Liverpool fan, Cheshire: Whoever decided David Luiz is a centre-back knows nothing about football. Put him in midfield like the tactical master Benitez did!

Gav: Don't know what is worse.. £100 billion for Trident Missile System OR David Luiz for £50m!

Charlie Eve: Jose is a genius! £50million for a clown! Well played Jose. Just Felipe and Ramires to go now!

Tonight's events must be a bit dispiriting for sides around Europe. If a team like PSG - with all of their spending power - can get stuffed like this in the last eight, what chance have the rest of them got?

And as for Porto - what sort of first-leg lead do you need to scare Bayern thee days?

All the Football League goals so far have come in League One with second-placed Preston taking a step nearer to automatic promotion after taking a 2-0 lead at relegation-threatened Notts County - their second coming from the division's player of the year Joe Garner.

Promotion rivals MK Dons are being held by Doncaster while Swindon, already in the play-offs, are losing to Walsall and Scunthorpe are beating Bradford.

The Championship game between Blackburn and Millwall and League Two promotion clash between Bury and Southend are both still goalless.

Another masterclass in ball-watching from David Luiz. He could give Phil Jones some lessons.

Woeful defending, and it's a Brazilian party in the PSG backline. Dani Alves is allowed time to look up and pick out a left-footed cross, Neymar is behind Luiz waiting, and he smashes in a header. PSG all over the shop.

Luis Suarez skips it through to Neymar on the left but his cross is cut out - Suarez then tracks back 30 yards to retrieve the ball with a proper sliding tackle. That's what he brings to the side. Art and graft...

Lionel Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez have 94 goals between them this season. Stunning effort from the Barca front three.

Remember when 20 goals was a good season for a forward? PSG having a good spell now though as Blaise Matuidi gets momentarily clear but he takes a touch too much and Jordi Alba is able to slam the door shut.
