Inverness also make one alteration from the side that drew 1-1 with Celtic last time out. Goalkeeper Dean Brill started that game after three months out through injury with an eye on today's game but the poor guy dislocated his knee and is facing a long time on the sidelines. Ryan Esson takes up the gloves again.

Mercifully, since they have such a small squad, such injuries have been scarce for Caley Thistle - it must be all that good Highland air.

The team has been largely settled all season, although striker Billy McKay's departure in January has left them short up top.

Celtic make one change from the midweek win over Kilmarnock, with striker Leigh Griffiths replacing John Guidetti. Anthony Stokes is suspended, while midfield duo Gary Mackay-Steven and Stuart Armstrong are both cup-tied.
