Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant by Manchester City who are saving their best for last. Sergio Aguero's pass with the outside of his boot finds Wilfried Bony whose brilliant back-pass lets in David Silva to round the keeper and score. Terrific stuff by Bony.

Huge applause for former City player Shaun Wright-Phillips as he replaces Yun Suk-Young. They haven't forgotten his efforts in these parts.

James Milner may well be covering ground like Forrest Gump but his passing is dreadful today.

He has completed just 57% of his passes, the only outfield player with a lower mark is Steven Caulker on 44%.

Six minutes left. The TV cameras zoom in on QPR's travelling fans. No tears being shed - in public at least - yet. Another City goal and that might change.

No mercy from City. The home fans are thirsty for more goals and Wilfried Bony wants to oblige. The substitute rattles a post with a thumping effort.

Would Sandro have made any difference for QPR? The Brazilian is missing because of a visa issue. Perhaps if Chris Ramsey sends him on now the game might have to be replayed. It's QPR's only hope.

This will be win number four on the bounce for Manchester City.

If only they could have been more consistent earlier in the season then we might have had a more thrilling title race.

One of the biggest cheers of the game as Yaya Toure lifts his powerful frame off the substitutes bench to replace Fernandinho.

There is a right way and a wrong way to be relegated. Burnley did it with a battling victory at Hull City. QPR have done it by raising the white flag from the first minute at the Etihad.

Too easy. Far too easy. Substitute Wilfried Bony wins a corner after forcing Robert Green into a save. Bony then wins a header, Sergio Aguero turns the ball across the six-yard line and James Milner taps home. QPR's players don't know where to look.

Naveed Afzal: The attitude/application of the majority of these QPR players is an absolute disgrace. I'm enraged and I don't even like QPR.
