Norwich boss Alex Neil tells Sky Sports:

"I don't think there was much in the game. The game was relatively even.

"The red card completely changed the match. I'm really disappointed that we conceded a goal after that, but I'm really pleased with the spirit we showed after that.

"I'm extremely proud of the players. To go though against your closest rivals as well really is a cherry on top of the cake.

"Middlesbrough is going to be tough. It is a winner takes all. I expect both teams to be going for it. We're really looking forward to it."

Norwich striker Cameron Jerome tells Sky Sports:

"It took a decision to change the game. Credit to Ipswich, even with 10 men they came back fighting.

"It was a little bit of a relief to get the third goal. I think it took a bit of the wind out of Ipswich's sails.

"Middlesbrough are a good side so we won't take them lightly whatsoever."

    Phil Shepka
    BBC Sport at Carrow Road

"The speakers blast out 'Que Sera' and 'London Calling' here at Carrow Road as the Norwich fans celebrate reaching Wembley.

"The mood though has the potential to turn sour with their fierce rivals in such close proximity, meaning a number of police horses are out on the pitch keeping supporters apart."

Wow, that was some second half, wasn't it?

The tie all seemed to hinge on that big moment when Christophe Berra saved with his hand, on the line, and was sent off. It was always going to be tough for Ipswich from then onwards, even though they did draw level through Tommy Smith, showing great character.

But the pace of Nathan Redmond and clinical finishing of Cameron Jerome has sent Norwich through.

John Ruddy saves well from Freddie Sears, but the offside flag was raised anyway. Ipswich haven't given up, but the game really is up for them now.

We'll have four minutes of added time. Norwich are almost there.

  13. Postpublished at 14:04 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

The Norwich fans are loving this. They're moments away from a massive, massive win over their rivals.

It was a tight first half but things have really unravelled for Ipswich since the break.

  14. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:03 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Bradley Johnson is replaced, as Norwich look to rest their Player of the Year for the final, and Elliott Bennett comes on.

  15. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 14:00 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Noel Hunt comes on for Paul Anderson, as Ipswich make their final change.

Meanwhile, Gary Hooper replaces Cameron Jerome, and the Norwich fans rise to applause Jerome after yet another determined, battling performance from him.

Jerome's 20th goal of the season is the goal that looks to have put this tie beyond Ipswich.

  16. Postpublished at 13:57 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Nathan Redmond is involved once again, showing a great touch to control a long ball, turn and blast towards goal, but he fires over.

  17. Postpublished at 13:56 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Tyrone Mings does well to get back and intervene as Nathan Redmond burst clear and looked sure to add a fourth goal for Norwich.

Redmond perhaps should have scored, but Norwich have a two-goal cushion. Carrow Road is expectant now of a place in the final against Middlesbrough.

"Norwich fans think that Jerome goal has sealed victory, and they are enjoying every moment of this. Beach balls and rubber dingys are being thrown around Carrow Road, but are they celebrating just a little prematurely?"

That should be Norwich through to Wembley!

Nathan Redmond plays a precise pass through to Cameron Jerome, who does brilliantly to just tuck the ball under the on-rushing Bartosz Bialkoski and it trickles into the net.

The two former Birmingham City players combined brilliantly there to clinically kill this game off. Surely 10 man Ipswich can't come back from here?

  20. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:49 British Summer Time 16 May 2015

Norwich's Wes Hoolahan comes off to be replaced by Graham Dorrans.

Hoolahan's penalty seems like an age ago already, as so much has happened since, but it was a crucial moment in this tie.
