We are big fans of the programme design at St James' tonight...
Burton v Middlesbrough (19:45 BST)
Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink wore the Middlesbrough shirt for two years and was part of the Riverside outfit's side that reached the 2006 Uefa Cup final, which they lost to Sevilla, during his final season on Teesside.
Tonight, he will be in the opposing dug-out as his League One side Burton take on Championship side Boro.
Burton beat Peterborough 2-1 in the league coming into the game but Hasselbaink wasn't happy after the game.
"The first half was rubbish and the second half was even worse," said the Dutchman. "We scored two good goals but I'm not happy with the way we played and I'm not happy with the dynamics of the team."
Sunderland v Exeter (19:45 BST)
Jermain Defoe is the Sunderland starting line-up to face Exeter.
But what about his own personal team news?
Has he picked the lucky multi-talented person to clean his toilets and polish his public image for £60k a year?
Swansea v York City (19:45 BST)
Some of the Premier League teams are trying to flex their squad muscles and keep second string players happy by ringing the changes for the League Cup. Will it pay off?
Swansea, who won the competition in 2013, make 11 changes for the game against League Two's York City.
The goals will be flying in left, right and centre tonight with 23 matches on the go simultaneously.
But they all end up in the same place.

Aston VIlla v Notts County (19:45 BST)
Aston Villa make nine changes for the visit of Notts County, with only Jack Grealish and Carlos Sanchez keeping their places from the weekend defeat at Crystal Palace. Goalkeeper Mark Bunn, defenders Alan Hutton and Nathan Baker, midfielders Carles Gil and Kieran Richardson and forward Adama Traore start their first game of the season
West Brom v Port Vale (20:00 BST)
It's no surprise that West Brom striker Saido Berahino is left out of the Baggies squad for the game against Port Vale.
The 22-year-old was absent from last Sunday's defeat by Chelsea and has handed in a transfer request. The latest on his future is that the Baggies have rejected a second offer from Tottenham Hotspur for the England Under-21 international.

In 218 BC Hannibal began a five-month 1,500-mile march across the Alps, leading an army of 90,000 solidiers and 37 elephants to take on the might of the Roman Empire.
It puts a shoddy pasty at Watford Gap services into perspective.
But we want to hear about your epic football journeys tonight.
Did you hitchhike to Berwick for a pre-season friendly?

League Cup second round
There are away trips and then there are AWAY TRIPS. Tonight, two sets of fans will do well to get to the ground to watch their team play let alone have the energy to provide vocal backing.
Exeter supporters face the longest trip of the night as they will break the 720-mile round trip barrier for the tie at Sunderland.
Bournemouth supporters also face a testing trek as they will have to travel around 672 miles to get to and from the Cherries playing at Hartlepool.
So, as the song by Charlie Puth and Meghan Trainor doesn't go; 'Let's Capital One Cup and get it on'.
Newcastle v Northampton (19:45 BST)
Former Northampton striker Ivan Toney has indeed squeezed on to the bench as Newcastle make nine changes from the team that drew at Manchester United last Saturday.
Left-back Massadio Haidara and forward Ayoze Perez are the only players to keep their places as French winger Florian Thauvin makes his full debut. Karl Darlow and Jamaal Lascelles also make their Magpies bows.
Newcastle v Northampton (19:45 BST)
It wasn't that long ago that Ivan Toney was lining up in a Northampton shirt but tonight he'll be hoping to start against his former club when they face Newcastle.
The 19-year-old came through the Cobblers academy and made 60 appearances for his home town team before making the move to the Magpies earlier this summer.
"I think everybody knows I would love to play," he told the Newcastle Evening Chronicle. "But obviously it is the manager's decision who he chooses.
"Hopefully I can squeeze my way in, maybe on the bench."
Luton v Stoke (19:45 BST)
Stoke City make nine changes from the side which drew with Norwich at the weekend. Bojan is back up front in his first appearance since he injured his knee against Rochdale in January. Shay Given makes his debut in goal.
Here a little selection of the choicest cuts of tonight's action.

League Cup second round
In all, there are 23 Capital One Cup second-round games tonight with 11 Premier League clubs in action.
Five of those are away and some of the lesser lights will have their eyes firmly fixed on some giant-killing exploits. So, big boys, beware.
(Just in case you're wondering where the other top-flight clubs are, Everton play on Wednesday and the other eight join at the third-round stage because they will be competing in European competitions)
The second round of the Capital One Cup was where Manchester United came to 4-0 grief against MK Dons last season.
Louis van Gaal recovered from that iffy start to his campaign to ensure United got into Europe and a bye into the third round of this year's competition.
But there are still plenty of Premier League sides trying to avoid a deflating dose of early-season lower-league defeat. And take the first step on the long road to Wembley.
"So poor it beggared belief. Staggering in their ineptitude, they were beaten in every facet of this football game."
That was Steve Claridge's appraisal of one team's performance in the second round of the Capital One Cup last season.
So which no-hopers did he damn?
Northampton and Walsall were both on the receiving end of 3-0 humpings. Was it them?
Nope, it was these fellas.
