    Stoke manager Mark Hughes speaking to Sky Sports: 

    "We didn't expect it to got to penalties. We should be good enough to see the game out but we switched off, gave them one chance and they took it to extra time. Credit to them. 

    "You always worry when it goes to penalties but that was one of the better penalty competitions I have seen. We will get better. The order of the day was to get through and we have done that."
