Jesus Navas drills a low cross into the penalty area from the right but it is cleared. Navas is City's danger man at the moment - although his final ball has to improve. Corner City... it again comes to nothing.

How has he missed? Jesus Navas races clear on goal, rounds the goalkeeper but, somehow, stabs the ball wide of an empty net. You have to score that.

Manchester City look in control until they get to the final third. A horrible shot from Aleksander Kolarov sees the ball end up in row z.

City have won every match so far this season and have yet to concede a goal. Will that change?

You struggle to see Sergio Aguero being fit for Tuesday night against Juventus on the Champions League at the moment. He is sitting the bench with his leg up and a ice pack on his knee.

Palace's bright start has certainly tapered off as City start to gain far more control on the match. Little happening in front of goal but you get the feeling City are ready to strike... Not with crossing like that from Aleksander Kolarov mind. Awful, as he smacks the ball into the crowd.
