  1. Football League latestpublished at 16:24 British Summer Time 26 September 2015

It's proving to be a fruitful afternoon for sides in the bottom six of the Championship, with Preston, Rotherham and Bristol City all leading. The Robins have recovered from Luke Chambers' opener to lead 2-1 at Ipswich, with goals from Luke Freeman and Jonathan Kodjia.

  2. Quality goalscorers back on targetpublished at 16:22

    Jermaine Jenas
Former England midfielder on Final Score

"Kane, Sanchez, Rooney, they are quality players - for them it's been a barren spell, but all I can see from now on in is more goals to come."

    Daniel Sturridge (67 mins)

Another one-two played by Daniel Sturridge on the edge brings a goal. This time a simple finish is rolled beyond the keeper. Simples.

  4. goal

GOAL - Liverpool 2-1 Aston Villapublished at 16:22

    Rudy Gestede (66 mins)

Who's marking the big fella at the big stick? WHO'S MARKING RUDY GE... D'oh! Too late!

Awful defending from Liverpool as Alan Hutton pops a cross to the back stick where an unmarked Rudy Gestede slides home.

  5. Postpublished at 16:21

    Stoke 1-0 Bournemouth

Without wishing to inflict the commentator's curse on anyone, Bournemouth have not really looked like scoring today. Glenn Murray has struggled up front on his own and Marko Arnautovic's cross at the other end almost finds Jon Walters for another.

  6. Postpublished at 16:21

    Man Utd 2-0 Sunderland

Interesting comparison between Manchester United's attacks in the second half compared to the first. In the opening 45, 35% of their attacks went down the right and 39% down the left. That's been flipped in the second half. A concious switch in focus?

  7. goal

    Sadio Mane (61 mins)

    Game over. Surely.

Sadio Mane makes it three with a powerful finish after Graziano Pelle's effort was blocked by Ashley Williams. Swansea have been poor today. Off key.

In League One, Gillingham's attempt to reclaim top spot has suffered a blow as they trail 2-0 at Barnsley thanks to goals from Ben Pearson and Sam Winnall. Millwall, looking for a fourth win in five games, lead Rochdale 2-1, with Nadjim Abdou and Shaun Williams scoring either side of Peter Vincenti's equaliser.

    Leicester 1-3 Arsenal

Lovely, lovely stuff. Arsenal can put together some fine stuff at times, they really can. Theo Walcott is on the end of it to bend high and wide.

  11. What Rodgers has been missingpublished at 16:18

    Liverpool 2-0 Aston Villa

    Jermaine Jenas
Former England midfielder on Final Score

"That's the little bit of quality we've been waiting for in this game. That's what Brendan Rodgers has been missing. As Milner lifts it over, the quality of the volley from Sturridge with the outside of his left foot was just beautiful, and the dance came out again too."

  12. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:18

    West Ham 1-1 Norwich

John Ruddy is earning his match fee today - saving well low to his left to deny that man Dimitri Payet.

  13. NEW RECORDpublished at 16:17 British Summer Time 26 September 2015

    Stoke 1-0 Bournemouth

BBC Sport's Mark Mitchener at the Britannia Stadium: "We have a record-breaker today - the crowd of 27,742 (including 1,635 away fans) is Stoke's highest ever Premier League attendance, the club has proudly told us."

  14. Tadic goal 'a bit lucky'published at 16:15

    Southampton 2-0 Swansea

    Jermaine Jenas
Former England midfielder on Final Score

"Southampton have just been the better side. That goal was a bit lucky but Pelle played it in, and Tadic at the by line saw it deflect over the goalkeeper and it's in the back of the net."

  15. goal

  17. goal

GOAL - Leicester 1-3 Arsenalpublished at 16:14 British Summer Time 26 September 2015

    Alexis Sanchez (57 mins)

Arsenal have been excellent in the second half and they increase their lead after more great interplay from their front three. Theo Walcott is involved, Mesut Ozil then dinks a cute chip over the top and Alexis Sanchez rises to head home.

  18. Postpublished at 16:13

    West Ham 1-1 Norwich

How are West Ham not leading? A low ball from Victor Moses causes problems from the right but Diafra Sakho's close-range effort is saved. Cheikhou Kouyate is there for the follow-up but shanks his shot.

    Dusan Tadic (54 mins)

Southampton take a firm grip on the game as Dusan Tadic doubles their lead. A touch of luck in the finish as his cross from the left loops in off the boot of Ki sung-Yeung and over the keeper and in. Great pass into him from Graziano Pelle.

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on Final Score

"To see Manchester United be top of the table tonight, it's quite remarkable, and for City now it seems the wheels are coming off for them."
