Wonder what Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has to say about it all. Are their Champions League hopes in ruins?

That's enough, Mourinho needs to go. Hasn't varied his tactics and the lack of pre-season preparation has cost us a bad start and the subsequent lack of confidence that will cost us our place in the Champions League.

Apparently, there was one minute and 39 seconds between Glenn Murray coming on as a substitute and him scoring for Bournemouth. Call it timing.

We started the day with a few pundit views saying that if Bournemouth are to get out of trouble they need to change their game plan. Well, on the evidence of that game, maybe not.

We are at the start of December and champions Chelsea are three points above the relegation zone. They have lost eight of 15 Premier League games this season.

"What a day! Bournemouth keep having these fantastic moments in the Premier League, and this is the best so far to beat the reigning champions. A fantastic performance, it was a different Bournemouth today and this may be their turning point."

So that means Eddie Howe's team climb out of the bottom three, and are now two points behind Jose Mourinho's side. Was it a relegation six-pointer after all?

So Glenn Murray scores with his first touch to end a run of eight games without a win for Bournemouth. They were worth a goal in the first half, and defended brilliantly in the second half to earn their third win of the season.

It's their first Premier League game against Chelsea and they have shone.

Another chance for the Cherries as Dan Gosling steams towards the goal from an angle but he ends up bundling the ball into Thibaut Courtois. Down the other end, Chelsea recover after Loic Remy fails to square to a team-mate.

But the good news is there is another four minutes of added time. Oh hang on, Junior Stanislas is in, Gary Cahill recovers and then gives it straight to Harry Arter, whose shot is saved at the near post.

I'm not sure Chelsea can respond here. They look shot. Stamford Bridge has gone silent, save the plucky Bournemouth fans urging their team to hang on.
