These are the legs of Norwich first team coach Gary Holt. It may be mid-winter but really...sandals AND socks? By the way the tattoo is a throw-back to Kilmarnock winning the Scottish Cup in 1997.

Quote MessageWe are being very consistent. Obviously we want to reach perfection. I just feel this team is ready to reach real strong heights. We know we are going to be facing a brave team with a lot of energy that can keep the ball really, really well.

Alex Neil has enough credit in the bank to avoid coming under any great pressure just yet but he'll be concerned by his side's current struggles, with only goal difference now keeping his side out of the relegation zone.
Neil hasn't been scared to change personnel and switch systems but their major problem remains a lack of goals. A proven goalscorer must top their shopping list come January.
What he would give for Romelu Lukaku. Only Jamie Vardy has scored more than his 11 Premier League goals. And like the Leicester striker, Lukaku is on a roll having scored in his last five in the league. A few more and Vardy's recently established record could come under threat.

Six goals in his last five Premier League games, 14 league and cup goals, second in the Premier League top scorers list...fair to say Everton striker Romelu Lukaku is flying right now.
Indeed, the Toffees have bagged 15 in the last five top-flight games to give their fans hope of qualifying for Europe.
Victory at Carrow Road will catapult Roberto Martinez's side, unbeaten in their last five league games, up to sixth.

Green and yellow baubles for the tree, festive gnomes and luxury crackers...Norwich City's club shop has the lot this Christmas.
Yet the only thing Canaries boss Alex Neil wants is three points after a poor run of form.
Having marked their return to the top-flight by pocketing nine points from the first seven games, Norwich have managed just four in the last eight games.
Norwich v Everton (12:45 GMT)
Christmas cheer is in short supply at Carrow Road.
Having suffered six defeats in eight previous Premier League games, Norwich City could end today in the relegation zone ahead of festive trips to Manchester United and Tottenham.
The Canaries are dreaming of a Scrooge-like defensive display and three gift-wrapped points yet are running into a striker who is looking to score in his sixth successive top-flight game.
Everton and the Romelu Lukaku are in town. Are Norwich heading for a blue Christmas?
