    West Ham 0-0 Stoke

Marco van Ginkel is inches away from poking it home for Stoke after a perfect ball in from Ibrahim Afellay on the right.

Unfortunately Van Ginkel catches Adrian where it hurts and the West Ham keeper needs a few quiet minutes to recover. Ouch.

West Ham are building pressure and win the first corner of the game. Mauro Zarate curls it in, aiming it at Andy Carroll, but it's cleared.

Stoke bomb up field in their first real attack and Marco van Ginkel shows some real pace, but James Collins clears.

After a performance and result like that [against Manchester City], there's been a real crackle about the group and some banter. You sense a lot of confidence. But the challenge is being able to do it week in, week out, not just in one-off games.

It's going to be hard without players like Lanzini, Payet, Moses and Sakho, but we played without almost all of them against Manchester United and still we created enough chances to score goals. As I said, when all the players were available it was also about the squad. Now, we have a tinier squad but it's time for those those players to step up.

"I can’t believe Ryan Shawcross has not won more England caps. He is a rock at the back for Stoke, he’s a leader, he puts his head on it, he’s a no-nonsense defender - and that’s taking nothing away from the fact that he can play.

"They've got a good mix, Stoke, but it all starts at the back."

"West Ham’s injury problems are a disappointment for everyone. Slaven Bilic came in and he was a breath of fresh air to the Premier League.

"He unleashed these players with a great attacking style. They were really showing an ambition, they set up very well, and made the best of the players they had.

"It’s a blow for the Premier League without those players. I think they’d have challenged for the top five or six if they’d kept them all fit."

Victor Moses suffered his injury at Manchester United last weekend.

While Stoke have enjoyed a week of contentment after their 2-0 win over Manchester City last weekend, it's been a difficult one for hosts West Ham.

The Hammers put on a fantastic display to secure a 0-0 draw with Manchester United, but Winston Reid and Victor Moses have joined Dimitri Payet, Diafra Sakho and Manuel Lanzini on the sidelines.

Time will tell if they'll cope without their key men.

West Ham are forced to make two changes with Winston Reid and Victor Moses out injured. James Collins and Michail Antonio come into the starting line-up.

A big blow for Stoke as Xherdan Shaqiri misses out, reportedly through illness, and is replaced by Marco van Ginkel in midfield.
