Southampton started as if they were going to sweep Liverpool aside but Daniel Sturridge's equaliser sent them crashing to the canvas.
Liverpool have been in complete command since then and there has been little evidence that Saints can force their way back into this.
Some job for Ronald Koeman to lift his players at half-time.

This is his 11th appearance for the Reds and never will he have scored with such a slight touch before.
