Cherries' club-record signing Benik Afobe starts
Former Cherries boss Harry Redknapp watches on from the stands as Harry Arter receives treatment on a neck injury. The goalscorer seems OK and is fine to continue.
Bournemouth 1-0 West Ham
Another new signing making his bow for Bournemouth as Juan Iturbe replaces the injured Matt Ritchie. Warm applause for former Roma winger, Iturbe.
Michail Antonio has been ever present in this half. He gets the better of Dan Gosling and hits a low drive which skims wide of the far post, drawing an intake of breath from the home fans.
A long throw-in from Michail Antonio into the box. Hammers applying early pressure...the ball eventually falls for Dimitri Payet and he earns his team a corner, which the hosts successfully defend.

It's been even-stevens in terms of possession, with West Ham threatening more towards the end of the half.
Bournemouth 1-0 West Ham
Harry Arter's strike the difference, though the hosts could have been further ahead had their record signing proved to be more ruthless in front of goal.
Bournemouth 1-0 West Ham
Another fine save from Artur Boric. Dimitri Payet takes aim from the edge of the box which requires the Cherries goalkeeper to put a firm fist to it.
Bournemouth patient in possession in the closing stages of the first half, though as I type Michail Antonio nicks possession in the middle of the park and goes on charging through before finding Dimitri Payet, who has seen plenty of the ball this evening. The playmaker goes down, but doesn't get a free-kick.

James Tomkins goes close from the resultant corner, but not close enough. At the other end, Benik Afobe is on the ground needing treatment, though it seems the striker will be a-OK.
Bournemouth 1-0 West Ham
Bournemouth closing West Ham down quickly, starving the visitors of space, but the Hammers switch play quickly... Dimitri Payet releasing Nikica Jelavic and the substitute's strike takes a wicked deflection off Steve Cook which forces Artur Boruc into a brilliant reflex save at his near post.
My oh my. It's not been a great debut for Benik Afobe so far. Another chance goes whistling in the wind. The £9m striker is put through by a peachy Junior Stanislas through ball, he attempts to round Adrian but the goalkeeper simply nicks the ball off Afobe's toes. That Stanislas pass deserved a goal.
West Ham must be playing against a hefty wind. Adrian hoofs the ball high and it comes back like a boomerang, losing 10m in distance. As it stands, a victory here would move Bournemouth above Chelsea in the league, a scenario not many would have predicted at the beginning of the season.
Mark Noble directs the ball back at Adrian, cutting off Bournemouth's supply from the right. The hosts looking far more dangerous in the final third than their opponents.
Aaron Cresswell passes straight into touch. The visitors, unbeaten in their last seven league matches, far from crisp in their passing this evening.
Dimitri Payet dances across the edge of the box, attempts to switch play with a cute through ball to Nikica Jelavic but the striker isn't on the same wavelength as his playmaker. A touch too much oomph on that pass.
Bournemouth are on the up, finding oodles of space down the right flank. West Ham deprived of possession.
Bournemouth 1-0 West Ham
Charlie Daniels is put through by Harry Arter and the left-back forces Adrian into a fine save. A little higher, or a little lower, and Daniels would probably have given his team a two-goal advantage. West Ham rocking.
