    Swansea 2-2 Sunderland

Earlier I asked you which four managers have taken charge of more Premier League matches than the 450 Sam Allardyce reaches tonight.

    Well...

Big chance on the break for Sunderland. Jeremain Lens leads it... he passes right to Jermain Defoe who is one against one with Federico Fernandez on the 18-yard box... great tackle. Well timed, he stood up and robbed the striker.

    Swansea 2-2 Sunderland

Suddenly Swansea look a little rattled. Ashley Williams almost gifts possession at the back but Yann M'Vila cannot pick a pass when he gets the scraps. It could have been a three-against-one scenario.

Did Big Sam tell Sunderland to attack that right-back area? They certainly worked the ball well for that equaliser.

What a start to the second period. Those managerial chats don't half make a difference.

Patrick van Aanholt receives the ball near the angle of the area. It's near Swansea's right-back area - remember Kyle Naughton was sent off. The left-back manages to forge space near the edge of the area and unleashes a powerful drive which crashes in off the post.

It looks spectacular. It is. But there's a deflection to help it on its way.

So here's a quiz question for you. Can you name the four Premier League managers who have managed more games in the top tier than the 450 Big Sam has chalked up?

Tweet me on #bbcfootball. Answer in 10 minutes or so.

Surely we can't have another half like the last one. Three very dubious refereeing decisions, three goals and a red. Stead on guys.

Graham Foster: Crazy 1st half at Swansea, have Prem refs been on a late Xmas work night out on Mon? Ridiculous decisions in the last 24hrs!!

Sunderland are out early. Big Sam perhaps ringing in their ears.

Federico Fernandez very good for Swansea so far.

More touches than anyone else. He has won all his duels and has made more interceptions than any other player. An 87% pass completion is not bad for a defender either.

Love him, hate him, admire him, respect him, loathe him, whatever, 450 games in the top tier is some achievement.

Sunderland manager Sam Allardyce doesn't look like a man who'd want to down tools and throw a party though. He has the pressing issue of relegation on his mind.

"As games tick by and you're still around in the bottom area of the Premier League, when you come across [relegation rivals], these games are the most important games to win in the season," said the 61-year-old.

Not going to plan then Sam.

Simon Hancock: Do the referees watch TV replays at half time? The ref at the Swansea Sunderland game might not come back out for the 2nd half!

Mark Campion: Crazy game at the Liberty! Seeing as the ref is keen to make odd decisions tonight, can he blow full-time now please?

    Swansea 2-1 Sunderland

To re-cap if you are just joining us:

    - Jermain Defoe gave Sunderland the lead after a very poor goal kick by Lukasz Fabianski. The Sunderland striker appeared offside.

    - Gylfi Sigurdsson levelled from the spot. Replays suggest Andre Ayew tripped himself in the area.

    - Kyle Naughton was dismissed for a high boot. He won the ball but his foot was coming down as he tackled Yann M'Vila. It looked harsh.

    - With 10-men, Swansea took the lead through a well-taken Andre Ayew goal.

Well if either of these two sides go down, more stuff like this will at least mean they do so while entertaining.

Three goals, a red card, what more do you want.

Referee Graham Scott walks towards the tunnel and Swansea manager Alan Curtis waits. He says nothing but GLARES. That's all you need really isn't it? A good glare.

Is this the new pattern we are seeing as Federico Fernandez slices a ball for a corner. Sunderland are now pressing their hosts back. It's well dealt with. In comes another delivery towards Jermain Defoe... foul.

Defoe is using his marker as a climbing frame.

We will have four added minutes in this half. You don't see that often. It's been hectic.

Every time Yann M'Vila gets the ball he is being booed. He was of course the man Kyle Naughton fouled for his red card.

    Former England cricketer Paul Collingwood...

Remember, referee Graham Scott has had a hand in two goals and the red card.

Jermain Defoe appeared offside for the opener. Andre Ayew won a penalty after tripping himself and Kyle Naughton was harshly sent off.

A look at the average positions of players in the opening half an hour is interesting. You can see Swansea (left) are playing with more width than their compact opponents.

What will that sending off do now though. A reversal in approaches you'd think.

Yann M'Vila just took one of the most over-hit corners I've ever seen. Sam Allardyce is right up off his bench. The Swansea fans loved it.
