Bournemouth are at it again. Much has been made of their high-intensity game this season as they often out run their opponents.

Today they have clocked nearly 73km, while Norwich have managed 68.5km. Dan Gosling is like Mo Farah. Covering 8.32km he has comfortably got around the pitch more than anyone.

The ball falls to Cameron Jerome in the Bournemouth box and his shot on the spin goes for a corner, which the home side deal with.

The tackles are meaty, beaty, big and bouncy now. Dan Gosling takes the ball cleanly off Nathan Redmond, before running into the brick wall that is Seb Bassong.

Better from Norwich, as Jonny Howson steps over Wes Hoolahan's ball into the box and only a lovely tackle from Adam Smith denies Dieumerci Mbokani six yards out.

It should be noted that Norwich put in some of the most clown-esqe defending you will see all afternoon before that penalty.

Robbie Brady had the perfect chance to clear, but hit his clearance even deeper into his own area. From that point they never recovered.

Norwich need to do something. So off go both widemen - Vdis Odjidja and Matt Jarvis - and on come Cameron Jerome and Nathan Redmond.

As if to emphasise my point, Vadis Odjidja works some space down the right and plays a ball to no-one.

You know how teams can often come out firing after a poor first half?

Here we go again. And straight from kick-off Marc Pugh makes the Norwich defence look ridiculous, skipping into the area.

But Declan Rudd, who could be off the pitch, is out to charge down the shot.

So what have Bournemouth got to complain about?

Well, they could have had a penalty when Russell Martin tried to remove Charlie Daniels' shorts.

And then Norwich keeper Declan Rudd caught Benik Afobe when the striker was through on goal.

There were two defenders level with Afobe - but it has to be a goalscoring opportunity and a red card? Surely? Maybe my interpretation of the "last man" is a bit skewiff.

"That was a stonewall red card! Afobe would have tapped the ball into the net but was taken out by Declan Rudd. How the referee hasn't set him off I have no idea. 

"Norwich have got away with one there."
