    Newcastle 2-1 West Ham

Nikica Jelavic got his first West Ham goal in the Premier League this season with his second touch of the day. He took one touch to round the keeper and one more to net.

Now that, ladies and gents, is what you call a substitution.

    Man City 2-0 Crystal Palace

No more goals to tell you about at the Etihad Stadium, just lots of people pointing at the snow falling from the sky. That probably tells you all you need to know about the action on the pitch.

Yaya Toure has just come on for the hosts, replacing Kelechi Iheanacho.

QPR, who sold Charlie Austin to Southampton earlier today, have scored two quick goals at Rotherham to lead 2-0. It would be their first win under Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

All three teams at the top of League One are ahead, with leaders Burton taking the lead at Coventry, Gillingham now 2-0 up at Doncaster, and Walsall leading 3-0 at Bury.

Chelsea have now conceded more in this campaign than they did during the entirety of last season. Ouch.

  7. Who knew?published at 16:13

    Newcastle 2-1 West Ham

Here's the picture you have all been waiting for, no doubt. Shearer and Sheeran, together at last.

Although, my investigative research suggests Sheeran was born in Hebden Bridge. That's Yorkshire. Someone is telling porkies...

  8. goal

    GOAL - Chelsea 0-2 Evertonpublished at 16:11

    Kevin Mirallas

Everton are on fire! What a good goal that is from Kevin Mirallas, who was recalled to the team for this game and rewards his manager with a swivelling shot on the edge of the box, following Leighton Baines' cross, to put his side firmly in control at the Bridge.

Thankfully, I got that scoreline the right way round this time! I've just clocked that some of you have noticed on Twitter. Now I know how Steve Harvey felt at Miss Universe.

A horror show from Chancel Mbemba as he gifts West Ham a way back into this game.

He sells Rob Elliot short with a backpass and Nikica Jelavic nips in, rounds the keeper and scores.

  16. Let it snow, let it snowpublished at 16:06

    Man City 2-0 Crystal Palace

Wow the snow is really coming down at the Etihad Stadium as Manuel Pellegrini shrinks into his huge coat.

Crystal Palace are coping with the conditions better in this half, plenty of possession but they really need to make it count.

  17. goal

    GOAL - Chelsea 0-1 Evertonpublished at 16:05

    John Terry own goal

Everton make the breakthrough! They looked dangerous on the break in the first half and make it pay early in the second as superb, strong work from Romelu Lukaku and a neat pass from Ross Barkley sets up Leighton Baines for a low cross into the six-yard box that John Terry gets tangled in his feet before steering into his own net.
