Oh what a chance for Bournemouth to win it! Matt Ritchie slides a glorious through ball to Lewis Grabban, the striker is all alone, but somehow contrives to poke wide from five yards. What a miss. Head in hands from Grabban, and rightly so.

Matt Ritchie unleashes a shot which takes a wicked deflection off Dan gosling and it so nearly trickles in. Vito Mannone was rooted to the spot.

This match has completely shifted around from the first half. Now it's Sunderland who are making all the running and Bournemouth who are having to man the trenches. Sam Allardyce's side have a sniff of what would be a very important victory here.
