Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger had an icy relationship with former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.

It was not helped by a Premier League record that saw him lose five and draw six of the games against his old foe. When Mourinho has been absent as Chelsea manager he has won 14, lost seven and drawn six.

So the sight of Guus Hiddink in Chelsea's technical area might be a welcome one.

Here's one to chalk up on your 'out' list, winger Christian Atsu has told Sportsworld on the BBC World Service he will be leaving Chelsea for Levante.

"I have wished the team good luck for the game (against Arsenal). I have told the players I am going to Spain for a new challenge. I am happy to have found another club," he said.

Atsu played twice on loan for Bournemouth in the first half of the season and has never played for Chelsea...

Former Swansea City manager Michael Laudrup is an interested observer in The Emirates media centre ahead of Arsenal's meeting with Chelsea.

And he is currently watching his former team leading at Everton as the latest incumbent in the job he once occupied, new Swansea head coach Francesco Guidolin, looks to start his reign with a vital victory.

Mesut Ozil slots back into the Arsenal side for his 100th Gunners appearance and will be looking to continue his assist-heavy form.

The other news is that Alexis Sanchez is on the bench. The Chilean superstar has not played since the end of November because of a hamstring injury.
