It hasn't been a great week for Paris St-Germain.

Defender Serge Aurier has been suspended indefinitely for making homophobic comments about manager Laurent Blanc and his team mates in an online video.

"How did I react? Very badly," said former France captain Blanc, 50.

"He's a big boy, can do what he wants, but he's penalising the club through the image he gives and what he said."

    PSG v Chelsea (19:45 GMT)

Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink on BT Sport: "Everyone knows what Chelsea's season is. We're getting to do our best to recover a bit in the Premier League. If we can go on in the Champions League that would be a huge achievement.

"Terry and Zouma were stable in the centre. Of course, we could mourn a long time but we don't do that.

"It's a very tactical game. They like to impose their game but you must be very careful not to go in their trap. I think it's very important to try to harm them and we have players who can harm."

Here are a few facts to strike fear into any Chelsea fan tonight:

Paris St-Germain are 24 points clear at the top of Ligue 1 and have not lost a league match this season.

They are unbeaten in 21 games in all competitions. Their last defeat was against Real Madrid in the Champions League group stage on 3 November.

But here is something for Blues fans to cling to, PSG's 16-game winning streak was ended with a goalless draw against Lille on Saturday.

Souleymane Sylla, who last February was racially abused on a train by a group of Chelsea fans, has told BBC Radio 5 live Daily that he is ready to speak to Chelsea supporters at tonight's match against Paris St Germain, if they speak to him.

He's agreed to go to the Champions' League game at the Parc de Princes as a guest of the Ligue1 club and SOS Racism.

He told 5 live Daily's Amara-Sophia Elahi that he'll continue to fight for justice for the attack.

He said "I am waiting, I'll fight until justice is done, Its necessary that justice is achieved. These people don't represent football, these people represent hatred and racism."

"The long break is not a problem," said Villas-Boas, whose squad went to Qatar, Portugal and Spain for winter training.

"We made sure we'd approach the match in the best possible physical shape."

It is fair to say Mr Ibrahimovic is not lacking in confidence. Some of his quotes are absolutely gold...

"One thing is for sure a World Cup without me is nothing to watch." (Ibrahimovic after Sweden failed to qualify for Brazil 2014)

"Absolutely not. I have ordered a plane, it is much faster." (Ibrahimovic's reply when asked if he had bought a Porsche.)

"When you buy me, you are buying a Ferrari." (Only Zlatan...)

  20. Hull look to extend leadpublished at 19:05 Greenwich Mean Time 16 February 2016

    Championship preview

It's not a busy night on the domestic front but there are a couple of big games in the Championship which will have a bearing on both ends of the table.

After Middlesbrough again dropped points last night, leaders Hull can extend their lead to four points with a win over Brighton.

However, fourth-placed Brighton have got over their mid-winter slump by winning their last four games and another tonight will take them into the second automatic promotion place.

At Ewood Park, Blackburn and Fulham both need the points to pull away from the drop-zone.
