    "It was disappointing against Poland the way we set up. Tonight we saw a true Northern Ireland in our style of football, full of energy and aggression. Let's bring the same style against the Germans.

    "I thought the back four were superb, limiting Ukraine to chances outside the box. It's a clean sheet which is fantastic in a major competition. You could have picked any one of the back four as man of the match."
