Good period of pressure this from Bournemouth, but they just try to be a bit too intricate on the edge of the area and the chance to get a shot away is gone. Eventually Francis floats over a cross and it's claimed by Hennessey.

Silly from Wilfried Zaha. He battles with Charlie Daniels in the corner, and the ball comes off the Bournemouth defender and goes behind, but is given as a goal-kick. Zaha unleashes a furious tirade at the linesman and earns a yellow.

Alan Pardew liked that penalty shout. Both arms up in a rigid Y-shape, as if signalling a plane into landing. Fourth official tells him not to bother.

    Marc Pugh

Bournemouth are back on terms, and it's a lovely effort. Matt Ritchie plays the ball to Marc Pugh on the edge of the area, and the midfielder shows great feet to turn Scott Dann one way then the other, then roll a precise finish into the bottom corner. Alan Pardew scribbles furiously in his notepad.

    Scott Dann

Crystal Palace's goal drought is over. Nine hours and 27 minutes since the last time a Palace player scored in the league, Scott Dann gives the Eagles the lead. Bournemouth don't clear a corner properly, it's driven back in low and hard by Wilfried Zaha, and Dann is there to welly a volley into the top corner. Fourth of the season for the centre-back.

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Bournemouth

Oh what a chance for Benik Afobe! Great curling ball in from Charlie Daniels, Afobe is all alone eight yards out but he can't get the right connection on his volley and it bobbles across the face of goal.
