"Emmanuel Adebayor, who I know from our time together at Spurs, is a good player when he is on his game.

"The key is to keep playing him, not drop him when he has one bad game. You'll get rewards in the end, because he has too much quality. He scores on average a goal every three games in the Premier League."

Told you. Sigurdsson steps up and curls the ball over the wall and into the bottom right-hand corner. Palace, who haven't scored in their last three away matches, must come from behind.

Swansea v Crystal Palace (15:00 GMT)

Alan Pardew says his team are missing key players - but that he expects other members of the squad to step up.

"We have lost two very important players in [James] McArthur and [Jason] Puncheon - they have both been having a wonderful season for us, so it is a significant blow," he said.

"We have got a squad where one or two really do need to produce for us - Jordon Mutch is going to be in the frame, Chungy [Lee Chung-yong] is going to be in the frame too as I put more pressure on them to deliver."
