    Colchester v Tottenham (12:45 GMT)

It's more than likely a new ground to tick off for the travelling Spurs fans this afternoon as this is the first-ever meeting of the two sides.

Spurs have lost just one of their last 13 FA Cup games against lower league opposition (W9 D3), though it was their most recent encounter (vs Leeds in the fourth round in 2013).

Incredibly it is 25 years since Tottenham last won the FA Cup, which means that it's 25 years since Paul Gascoigne had the footballing world at his feet.

    Genius. Gazza.

Gazza carried Spurs to Wembley in 1991, and his free-kick in the semi-final against Arsenal secured a final berth against Nottingham Forest.

This horrific tackle put Gazza out of action for months. Was he ever the same again?

Unfortunately the big day got the better of Gazza and he could have already been sent off when he damaged his knee in this awful challenge on Gary Charles.

His move to Lazio was delayed and he was probably never the same again. But what a player he was on his day.

A generation on and it's Harry Kane and Dele Alli exciting the faithful at the Lane...

    Colchester v Tottenham (12:45 GMT)

Colchester make three changes from the team beaten heavily by Scunthorpe last time out in League One.

Premier League fans will remember Darren Ambrose and Marvin Sordell in their squad, while George Moncur is the son of former Tottenham Hotspur, Swindon Town and West Ham midfielder John Moncur.

Colchester XI: Kean, Brindley, Wynter, Eastman, Vincent-Young; Massey, Gilbey, Garvan, Ambrose; Moncur, Porter

Spurs make seven changes from the side which beat Crystal Palace last weekend but still manage to field a very-strong looking team. Dele Alli is on the bench but Harry Kane is captain as Tom Carroll, Nabil Bentaleb and Kevin Wimmer get chances to impress

Tottenham XI: Vorm, Trippier, Dier, Wimmer, Davies; Bentaleb, Carroll; Lamela, Eriksen, Chadli; Kane

It's not been a stellar season thus far for Colchester United. Can they inject some much-needed FA Cup magic into the place this lunchtime?

It's high-flying Tottenham in town. A tough ask...
