I don't want to alarm anyone, but there's less than 30 minutes before kick-off and there's about 17 spectators in at Ewood Park.

    The game's at 14:00 GMT isn't it?

I saw tickets were £20 today too, so not to be sniffed at.

CelebCelery: So Paul Lambert's idea of 'win or bust' is to play Chris Brown up front on his own. He really knows how to go for it!

Preston legend Chris Brown, isn't he?

So, anyway, on to today's first FA Cup fifth-round tie...

It's hardly David v Goliath, more one slightly-past-it bloke who used to be hard against someone about the same age but who is in great nick.

Blackburn and West Ham both scrapped on a similar level for many years, before Rovers went down to the Championship circuit.

And that means, according to Blackburn boss Paul Lambert, all the pressure is on the Hammers.

"We'll need definitely to punch above our weight," says the Scot.

Well done to these fine folks for spotting a blond-haired Billy McKinlay.

I believe my colleague Jonathan Jurejko offered biscuits to the winners. But he's not here any more and I don't share biscuits. Sorry.

Callum Adams: Is it Billy McKinlay? And can I have a chocolate hobnob instead?

Tsssst: Billy McKinlay is the blond-highlighted Blackburn player in the photo

    BBC football expert

"I will be at Ewood Park to watch this one - Blackburn ended a nine-game wait for a Championship win when they beat Fulham on Tuesday, but I don't see them getting another win this weekend."

    Prediction: 1-2

Four changes for the Hammers in a strong starting XI that contains January striker Emmanuel Emenike for the first time.

Everyone in this picture looks a bit concerned - not least Paul Lambert. Maybe they've been told by the referee that they've got to stick an outfield player in goal for the tie. Just to spice it up a little.

  12. 11 games in 36 days...published at 12:59 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2016

Blackburn v West Ham (14:00 GMT)

If there was a scale to measure how much Blackburn do not want a replay, it would have been tipped. And here's why Paul Lambert wants this tie done and dusted today.

Between Saturday, 13 February and Saturday, 19 March, Rovers will play 11 games in 36 days.

That's a midweek game every week, plus your common-or-garden weekend games.

Try shoehorning an FA Cup replay in there somewhere. You can't.

  13. I don't want a replay - Lambertpublished at 12:58 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2016

Blackburn v West Ham (14:00 GMT)

Win or bust - that's what Paul Lambert is going for. The Blackburn manager is more focused on Championship survival rather than FA Cup success, meaning that he would rather lose than draw today.

Rovers, who are eight points clear of the relegation zone, also go back to the bread and butter when they go to Derby in midweek.

"We've got a massive game again on Wednesday," says Lambert.

"We're going to have 11 games in 30 days, which is an awful lot of football to play and keep everybody fit.

"I certainly don't want a replay. Either we win or we get knocked out. We've got too many games."

Replays are really getting people's goat at the moment.

Is English football ready for change? Ready to step into the unfamiliar world of an FA Cup tie decided on the very day it takes place?

Steve Bruce, whose Hull side have to go again with Arsenal after yesterday's 0-0 draw, reckons it's time for extra-time and penalties.

It goes 1 by 1 even 2 by 2,everybody on the floor let me show you how we do.

I don't think pop queen Rihanna was talking about the FA Cup in 'Pon de Replay'. In fact I know she wasn't.

But '1 by 1' is enough for most football managers as far as cup replays go, few want '2 by 2' - including Blackburn gaffer Paul Lambert.

"There's far too many games so maybe it is the way forward not to have a replay," says the Scot.

Aye, you remember correctly John - February 2008.

The first game was a 2-2 draw (pictured), the second 1-1 and then decided on penalties.

To make you feel old, here are the names of the scorers from both games. Some proper footballers here:

West Ham - Paul Kitson, Eyal Berkovic, John Hartson.

Blackburn - Kevin Gallacher, Chris Sutton, Stuart Ripley.

Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris misses out with a shoulder injury so Michel Vorm will again deputise.

Tom Carroll faces 10 days out after suffering a cut on his Achilles.

Crystal Palace winger Yannick Bolasie could make his first appearance of 2016 after recovering from a hip injury, while Bakary Sako is fit again after a month out with a hamstring problem.

Dwight Gayle and Joe Ledley could also make their comebacks from hamstring and thigh injuries respectively.

Some early team news in the meantime? Good...
