Little to report in that final 60 seconds. In fact, I've over egged it - there's nothing to report. West Brom boss Tony Pulis runs down the tunnel as soon as the whistle goes. He doesn't need the loo, he needs to give each of his players a clip around the ear when they walk into the dressing room.

London Road used to host boxing matches apparently. Peterborough would be on the ropes now, waiting for the half-time bell. One minute of stoppage time to hang on.

    Peterborough 0-0 West Brom

West Brom have climbed out of bed, jumped in the cold shower and are wide-eyed now. Two more chances in quick succession as Jonas Olsson heads over the bar before Saido Berahino slashes another shot over from distance.

Southend manager Phil Brown on BBC Radio 5 live: "That is the chance of the game for James Chester. A tap in and he fluffs his lines."

  5. 'Should go for goal'published at 20:28 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February 2016

    Martin Keown

"James Chester should be doing a lot better with that chance. He should be going for goal but tries to put it across the box. I think Tony Pulis would've been hoping that fell to one of his strikers.

"You just sense that West Brom have finally woken up."

Albion should be ahead. Somehow they're not.

James McClean's initial shot from Christian Gamboa's deep cross is deflected for a corner. Good chance.

Then James Chester, lurking unmarked at the far post, somehow fires over from the set-piece. Great chance.

Looks like he scuffed his effort, hitting the arm of Darren Fletcher and flying over the Posh bar.

The longer this game goes on without a Peterborough goal, the longer you feel Albion will find their rhythm and hit the right note.

Tom Pembery: West Brom look like they should be playing in League 1 with Peterborough, serious "giant killing" potential here.

Neil Garlick:#bbcfacup, external Good to see Pulis getting 11 men behind the ball against the mighty Posh.

James Cook: So sad to see the away end at Peterborough seated, got some great memories of the old terraces and away trips at London Road.

Here he is! Saido Berahino, right on cue, appears.

Route one from Albion creates their best chance of the game - big Ben Foster kick, knockdown from Salomon Rondon and Berahino tries to feather one into the far corner. Neat, but not quite neat enough as the ball flashes wide of the right post.

  10. No bounce in Baggiespublished at 20:20 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February 2016

"It's a very flat performance so far from West Brom. They've been second best so far. We've seen nothing of Baggies striker Saido Berahino."

Gone quiet for the first time inside London Road. The E numbers in the pre-match fizzy pop have worn off.

Peterborough have stepped off the gas after that high-energy start, but Albion still failing to look like a Premier League side.

Alastair Jackson: Tony Pulis will be the next PL manager to leave his post, despite spending a fortune in the club shop.

Ah. Blame Phil - Peterborough fans. Andrew Fox's wand of a left foot loses its magic. The Posh left-back fails to find his assembled team-mates after a weak free-kick from the right flank. Easy street for the Albion defence.

Andrew Fox was a surprise pick at left-back for Posh, but you u can see why he was chosen ahead off Harry Toffolo. His set-piece delivery has caused all sorts of problems.

Meanwhile, the Baggies really do look a side with no shots on target in three of their last four league matches.

And just as we say that, West Brom have their first attempt at goal. Hurrah! But it's isn't great. Craig Gardner shoots but it deflects off a Posh defender and is easily gathered by home keeper Ben Alnwick.

West Brom haven't had a sniff of the Peterborough goal yet. Posh might as well stick up a tent and light a fire in the opposition half - they're camped there.

"I really like the way Peterborough are passing the ball, everyone is comfortable in possession and they are a good advert for League One."

  20. Postpublished at 21 mins

    Peterborough 0-0 West Brom

Peterborough didn't manage to take advantage of Albion temporarily being down to 10 men - they've waited until the numbers are even before launching another raid.

A neat flick sticks Harry Beautyman clear, but a heavy touch takes him wide. You won't beat Ben Foster from a tight angle. And he doesn't.

Posh still full of energy though and doing all the early running. That pre-match chicken and pasta has worked a treat.
