    Thanks James.

Well, that's the first couple of furlongs run without any problems, but there are still plenty of hurdles to get over during the course of this afternoon.

Leaders Leicester look like galloping away with the title so Arsenal will be hoping they don't trip up against Everton, while it's the big derby in the Midlands as the aptly named...wait for it...Derby take on Nottingham Forest.

Both kick-off within the next hour.

Swansea City head coach Francesco Guidolin: "It will not be easy. I know this situation because I have many matches behind me and know how difficult a match like this is.

"My team has to play well with concentration and intensity, as if it is a final."

Aston Villa manager Remi Garde: "I am not stupid. It's an impossible mission that we have to make possible. You never know in football.

"I still believe. I have said that since the first day. I am focused on saving the club from relegation."

  6. 'Hapless Villa offer Swansea opportunity'published at 11:48 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2016

Swansea v Aston Villa (17:30 GMT)

    Alistair Mann
    MOTD commentator

"With an eight-point cushion over the bottom four, it would take a dramatic turnaround for Swansea to be genuinely considered as a potential relegation candidate.

"If 40 points remains the safety target, even in this most unpredictable of seasons, then the visit of a hapless Aston Villa surely offers a great opportunity for the hosts to register three of the seven points they may need.

"Head coach Francesco Guidolin describes it as their 'most important game of the season'.

"His opposite number Remi Garde stated only last week his side can still 'do a Leicester', external and survive - a first away win since 8 August would still do little to convince many that Villa truly have what it takes to beat the drop."

  8. We must keep run going - Pulispublished at 11:42 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2016

West Brom v Norwich (15:00 GMT)

West Brom head coach Tony Pulis: "We are in a good run of form and it has been pleasing. We have played really well recently but we need to keep it going.

"Norwich are fighting for their lives so we know how tough our game is going to be."

Norwich manager Alex Neil: "We worked hard against Manchester City and we got our reward for it. There are still a lot of points to play for.

"This is the start of a crucial run of five games where we've got to get as many points as we can and make an impact."

  10. 'Norwich's fate in their own hands'published at 11:36 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2016

West Brom v Norwich (15:00 GMT)

    Steve Wilson
BBC Match of the Day commentator at The Hawthorns

"It might surprise you that only Chelsea have taken more points from their last five Premier League games than West Bromwich Albion.

"It's a late flurry which may change the nature of the managerial talks at the end of the season. Tony Pulis is contracted until 2017, but wants a chance to reflect on his future once the campaign ends.

"Norwich were impressive against Manchester City last weekend, refusing to bow to City's domination of possession, and reducing Bony, Navas, Silva and even Aguero to a whimper.

"In some respects Norwich's fate lies in their own hands. Their relegation rivals, Newcastle and Sunderland, are still to visit Carrow Road - Norwich will surely need to win both games. Anything they can prise from The Hawthorns in the meantime would be very welcome indeed."

  13. We have opportunity to grow - Florespublished at 11:27 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2016

    Watford v Stoke (15:00 GMT)

Watford head coach Quique Sanchez Flores: "Stoke City are the perfect example for any club looking to succeed in establishing themselves in the top flight.

"Now we have the opportunity to grow because this is a really ambitious club.

"In Watford's history they have had a lot of good seasons for many different reasons. But this season is one of the most important in the club's history."

Stoke City manager Mark Hughes: "We like to set targets and raise expectations, and we're always looking to challenge ourselves.

"There is a challenge - can we go from now until the end of the season unbeaten?

"It will be difficult, because we have some really difficult games coming up, not least at the weekend. But I think it's a realistic goal."

  15. 'Will Watford's focus be awry?'published at 11:21 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2016

    Watford v Stoke (15:00 GMT)

    Martin Fisher
Match of the Day commentator at Vicarage Road

"With a trip to Wembley just five weeks away and a first FA Cup final appearance since 1984 a distinct possibility, I wonder if Watford's focus might be slightly awry for this one.

"Brilliant in the cup quarter-final at Arsenal last Sunday, their league form has actually been on the slide since Christmas.

"Even so, the Hornets have already produced their best ever Premier League season.

"Stoke's bid for a top-six spot and European football hit the buffers with defeat at home to Southampton a week ago but win this and they are right back on track.

"To do that they will have to score their first goal at Vicarage Road in 12 years."

Crystal Palace v Leicester (15:00 GMT)

Leicester or Manchester City for the title? Most neutrals would go for the former. But Inter Milan coach Roberto Mancini is not your average neutral - he has split loyalties.

Mancini, who played five times for the Foxes in 2001, led City to a first league title in 44 years in 2012.

So who does he want to win the Premier League in his heart of hearts?

"If I could only choose one it would be Leicester," he told BBC Sport.

  19. Palace can be banana skin - Pardewpublished at 11:09 Greenwich Mean Time 19 March 2016

Crystal Palace v Leicester (15:00 GMT)

Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew is backing his side to derail Leicester's title bid, as they did to Liverpool and Manchester City in the past two seasons.

"It has been a banana-skin, this place, in the past and it's typical of Crystal Palace," says Pards.

"Our history is littered with upsets against the odds, that's what this club is about. Not one pundit thinks we'll win, so that's actually when Palace are good.

"It's been almost the perfect season for them (Leicester) but it doesn't always come all the way through, that perfect run. Maybe their blips are still to come."

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri: "We have a tight-knit, wonderful dressing room and a team that works. However, we know we haven't done anything yet.

"Everyone is rooting for us to win the Premier League. It's incredible that a small club are punching above their weight like this in the big-money era.

"Now we're going to fight to qualify for Europe. And if we stay up there, we'll try to get into the Champions League and then go for the title. But we have to take it one step at a time."
