Last time Barcelona played Sevilla, the champions suffered a surprise 2-1 defeat in Andalusia.

That was back on 3 October. Barca were second to Villarreal in La Liga and our own match report asked the question "Is Barcelona's crown slipping?"

That was the last time the Catalans lost a game. They have played 33 times since then.

Hola amigos! Wish you were away on a European jolly somewhere? Don't we all. But the chances are that you're lazing about on the sofa, hoping that Monday morning doesn't arrive.

It's far too late to leg it to your local airport and clamber aboard a low-budget flight. So let us take you there...

Tonight we are spending most of our time in Spain (Catalonia to be precise), but are also making dashes to see what is happening in France and Italy.

So sit back, relax, buy some ludicrously overpriced crisps if you wish, and enjoy the journey...

Cast your mind back to early October.

Rafa Benitez was still in meaningful employment. So was Gary Neville. But he was standing in a London television studio, not a Spanish touchline.

And Barcelona lost a football match. Ay carumba! Seems a lifetime ago doesn't it?
