The players are on the pitch. The equation is simple.

If Spurs do not end a 26-year wait for a win at Stamford Bridge, then Leicester City are champions.

There are more than 100 people inside Jamie Vardy's house. The party could be about to get seriously good...

Where will Leicester fans celebrate if they win the title later?

Former Foxes captain Matt Elliott tells BBC Radio 5 live: "It's a bit of a strange feeling because it was a long day and a long night yesterday. There is a clock tower middle of town - that's one area they could congregate while there is also the King Power Stadium."

"The ideal situation is Chelsea do them a favour and everyone can go and relax and enjoy it Saturday. My gut feeling is it will happen tonight."

It worked out well but - what was she thinking Jim?

In 2002-3 season when Wolves were promoted to the Premier League my wife booked the family holiday on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. The whole family listened to the play-off final on Radio 5 Live at the northern tip of the island by the lighthouse, while the seals and seagulls listened to me cheering in a Wolves top & scarf with the car decked out in Wolves flags. A great time :)

Any tales of following games from afar?

This guy might have made the most optimistic call of all time...

I was sitting on a raft made of reeds on Lake Titicaca in 2008, when a chap nervously asked me how Bristol Rovers had done in the FA Cup. I didn't know; unfortunately.
