Free header, good chance.

    Kevin Mirallas looks like a man on a mission tonight as he slices through the Liverpool backline once more, inside from the left but he then leans back and flashes a shot wide of the far corner. Good game.

    Anfield is rocking, lovely atmosphere from both sets of fans as Adam Lallana trips England team-mate Ross Barkley. Everton work the free-kick in but Mamadou Sakho heads it away.

    Adam Lallana is through on goal, one-on-one and he is denied by a sprawling Joel Robles. Good save - unconvincing finish.
