We got off to a good start and got our noses in front, but that second goal did for us really. That's something we've tried to avoid this season - conceding too many close together and a strong 20 minute spell for them in the game has done for us. We went up a gear once we got a second goal, but we fell a bit short today sadly.

It was a really good cup final. We went toe to toe with them, but didn't come out on top. We'll pick ourselves up and go again in the league. I have to say the fans were unbelievable and made it a brilliant occasion.

He almost scored their first goal, but it was adjudged to be an own goal from Oxford defender Chey Dunkley....

I thought I'd got on the end of it at first, but Chey (Dunkley) had the final touch. That's not what matters, what matters is that I'm celebrating what is so far the best moment of my career.
