Home side Chelsea beginning to get pinned back in their own box now. Demarai Gray, who looks a very confident young lad, attempts to catch Thibaut Courtois out at the near post, but the Belgian gets down to it to smother.

Jamie Vardy has caused defences around the land problems all season and he almost gets his 25th Premier League goal of the campaign.

He links up with best mate Riyad Mahrez, who puts the striker through with a dinked ball, and Vardy gets on the end of it before Thibaut Courtois, but his lob goes wide of goal.

I was in West Yorkshire yesterday watching some amateur football in the Spen Valley Cup.

Norfolk FC claimed their first trophy in dramatic fashion with a victory on penalties, the first silverware in their 15-year history. Bet there was some party last night.

Hold on, I thought, I've seen something similar to this before...

Ah yes, Leicester won the top-flight title for the first time but had to wait 132 years for it. No clear-cut chances for the Foxes so far.

Winger Demarai Gray, who Leicester signed from Birmingham in January, is making his first start for the Premier League champions and his eyes light up.

He picks the ball up about 30 yards out and flashes in an effort which flies wide of Thibaut Courtois's goal. No trouble for the Belgian so far.

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

Chelsea's Pedro is dispossessed by Danny Drinkwater and the Spaniard commits an infringement as he tries to get the ball back.

Leicester try an intricate move with the free-kick, but full-back Danny Simpson's cross is too long and sails out of the play.

The away fans are currently standing up as they are the champions, and letting everyone know about it.

Leicester striker Jamie Vardy, on 24 goals for the Premier League season, is chasing Tottenham's Harry Kane for the Golden Boot award.

The Englishman gets his first sighter at goal, screwing a left-footed shot wide, and will have to continue to hunt down his countryman.

Cesc Fabregas's free-kick for Chelsea is a poor one. A scuffed effort which is flat and hits the wall who stand strong.

Ooh. Leicester get their foot on the ball for the first time in the match and it's midfielder Andy King who makes his way into the box, but his cut back is cleared by a Chelsea defender.

Neither goalkeeper has had a save to make yet.

    Nearly the opener.

Spaniard Pedro, playing in a black mask ala Batman, fizzes a shot narrowly wide of Kasper Schmeichel's left-hand post.

Penalty?? No, says referee Craig Pawson.

Chelsea midfielder Willian picks the ball on the right-hand side of the box and chips the ball up, which comes off the hand of left-back Christian Fuchs but no spot-kick awarded.

That may well have been given if there was another official in-charge.

Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard is getting a loud cheer from the away fans every time he touches the ball. A man who, alongside Jamie Vardy, Riyad Mahrez et al, will go down in Leicester folklore.

There are also plenty of banners and posters in support of "captain, leader, legend" John Terry, who is mulling over a contract to stay at the club.

Chelsea players form a guard of honour and applaud Premier League champions Leicester City onto the field.

Blues owner Roman Abramovich gives a warm applause too.

And this is a nice touch, former goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini makes a special presentation to Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri, awarding the Italian a commemorative plate.

"One, Ranieri, there's only one Claudio Ranieri," rings loudly around the stadium.

    Lovely, lovely scenes.

A huge cheer goes up from the Leicester fans as Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard's name is announced over the tannoy. Remember, the Belgian's goal against Tottenham on 2 May meant Leicester won the league.

Foxes fan then sing, "He's one of our own, he's one of our own, Eden Hazard, he's one of our own."

Still in the balance is the race for the Premier League golden boot and we are set for a final day shootout between the league's top marksman.

Tottenham's Harry Kane is in pole position with 25 to his name.

But hot on his heels are Leicester's Jamie Vardy and Manchester City's Sergio Aguero who have both scored 24.

Nothing to play for? The Premier League title race and relegation survival hopes may already be over, but there is an exciting finish in hand - no pun intended - for the Golden Glove.

The award is presented to the goalkeeper at the end of the season who has the most clean sheets.

This season, Leicester's Kasper Schmeichel, Arsenal's Petr Cech, Manchester City's Joe Hart and Manchester United's David de Gea are all vying for the prize.

The four stoppers are locked on 15 shutouts, so another blank could secure the glove. If more than one goalkeeper ends up with the same number of clean sheets, then the award is shared.
