    Here we are then. The final day of the season.

    Two teams who have experienced vastly contrasting campaigns face off at what promises to be a packed St James' Park - OK there might be one or two empty seats.

    In the cockerel corner, we have Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham who need only a point to secure second and most importantly finish above Arsenal for the time since 1995 - that is 21 years ago maths fans.

    And Newcastle? For Magpies fans, it's the hope that spurs you on and kills you. That hope was extinguished by rivals Sunderland last week.

    Their six-year stay in the Premier League comes to an end today. Don't expect balloons and streamers.
