    England players should be ashamed of themselves. The second half performance was nothing short of atrocious.

    It's hard to praise Iceland without coming across as patronising sometimes but for a country so small this is a phenomenal achievement. 

    They were behind inside four minutes! And won. Comfortably in the end.
