Two goals in two minutes for Sam Winnall may have taken Barnsley to Wembley, and we're not even an hour into this tie yet.

Winnall goes on a mazy run and finds himself one-on-one with Neil Etheridge, before sliding the ball past the Walsall goalkeeper.

    Sam Winnall

The Walsall defence sit off Sam Winnall and the Barnsley striker has all the time in the world to unleash a shot that nestles in the back of the net.

It looks to have, once again, taken a deflection of one of the visitors' defenders but there is no doubt Winnall will be claiming that as his 23rd goal of the season.

    Barnsley 1-0 Walsall

Barnsley should be 2-0 up! The hosts break from a Walsall corner and are three-on-one but Lloyd Isgrove holds on to the ball and has his shot saved by Neil Etheridge, despite having Josh Brownhill and Adam Hammill free in front of goal alongside him.

The visitors immediately go down the other end and Milan Lalkovic tests Adam Davies with a fierce shot.

A breathtaking start to the second half. You don't want to take your eyes of this one.

Barnsley have started on the front foot and win a corner.

Captain Conor Hourihane sends in a tantalising cross but it is well dealt with by the Walsall defence.

    Barnsley 1-0 Walsall

We're under way again at Oakwell after a bit of delay as an injury to linesman Mark Duncan has forced a change.

Fourth official Jez Simpson has taken Duncan's place and Darren England has stepped up from the crowd to be the fourth official for the second 45 minutes.

The delay was because they couldn't find a pair of boots for England - you couldn't make it up...

  10. Barnsley strike firstpublished at 18:22 British Summer Time 14 May 2016

    HT: Barnsley 1-0 Walsall

A late own goal by Jason Demetriou has given Barnsley the lead at half-time and the hosts will feel it is nothing less than they deserve after Lloyd Isgrove's perfectly good goal was ruled offside early on.

Walsall's top scorer Tom Bradshaw had a golden opportunity to give the visitors the lead three minutes before Barnsley scored, but screwed his shot wide.

Will Bradshaw and his team regret that miss at full-time?

Barnsley have the lead and it's come through good work from striker Sam Winnall.

Winnall gets to the byline, pulls the ball back and Adam Hammill was in the right place to stroke the ball into the net, though his effort was deflected in off Walsall defender Jason Demetriou.

    Barnsley 0-0 Walsall

Tom Bradshaw has his head in hands.

The Walsall striker receives the ball in acres of space in the box after Milan Lalkovic gets the better of Barnsley defender Josh Scowen but he can only direct his shot wide of the post.

A disappointing effort from the prolific Bradshaw.

    Barnsley 0-0 Walsall

A messy couple of minutes from both teams, with neither managing to string more than a couple of passes together.

Walsall defender Rico Henry, who has been given a torrid afternoon so far by Lloyd Isgrove, surges forward but is forced back after some good defending from Josh Scowen.

    Barnsley 0-0 Walsall

Walsall full-back Jason Demetriou steals the ball in the middle of the pitch and releases Romaine Sawyers down the right before collecting the return ball in the box.

However, his tame shot is easily collected by Barnsley keeper Adam Davies, with the Walsall defender shaking his head in disappointment.

Barnsley's Ashley Fletcher collects the ball on the left and dances his way into the Walsall box but loses the ball as Jason Demetriou clears.

Despite all the play inside the box, there haven't been many clear cut goalscoring chances just yet.

Lloyd Isgrove's disallowed goal aside, of course.

It's end-to-end stuff at the moment as both sides are looking to attack but neither defence is allowing much space in the box for the players to get a shot away.

Tense stuff in South Yorkshire at the moment.
