Daniel Kelly: Fantastic half from Albania! France will take that at the moment though, Griezmann will come on and win it on the 84th minute!

Adam Gullivan: It could be argued that Albania deserve to be ahead. Great first half from them.

Anuj Gangwal: Very flat from France in the 1st half. Has to be time for some Pogba magic surely. Martial disappointing. 

The last time a European Championship game failed to see a single shot on target in the first half was at Euro 2008 in a group game between France and Romania.

How did that game end? Goalless...

Patrice Evra's boot is high as he tries to clear and ends up smacking Andi Lila on the head. A free-kick for Albania now, right on the edge of the area.

France, it's fair to say, have not impressed so far. In fact, has any side in this tournament stood out? I suppose that makes it more open, and therefore potentially more exciting. Something this game isn't at the moment.

A bit of pressure on France at the moment as a hopeful ball into the box is put behind for a corner. 

Ledian Memushaj takes it, hitting it low and hard into the centre of the France box. It catches the hosts out and Ermir Lenjani almost takes advantage but his first-time shot is blocked.

"There's no real flow from France. There's no support for Giroud up top when he manages to get hold of it either. It's all very bitty. They're not playing with any width, and the passing has been poor."

My oh my. Beautiful skills from Kingsley Coman as he spins a defender with some excellent footwork. The end product is not so good as he crosses straight into Etrit Berisha's hands but I'll brush over that because, in a game of few chances and very little quality, I'll get excited about whatever I can at the moment.

Thought you were going to see pot-shots aplenty in Marseille tonight? Wrong. France have only managed two wayward efforts (left graphic) courtesy of Olivier Giroud, while that blank space on the right indicates Albania have not even lashed a shot in anger at the French goal.

And this barren opening 35 minutes (and counting) means this has been the longest wait for a shot on target in a Euro 2016 match.
