Dan Gosling comes on for Ryan Fraser for Bournemouth in their last change of the day.
Michail Antonio
And we have the first Premier League goal at the London Stadium.
Michail Antonio gets up brilliantly to power home a back-post header from Gokhan Tore's cross.
What have 10-man Bournemouth got left?
West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is going for it here. He brings on young striker Ashley Fletcher for holding midfielder Harald Nordtveit.
Bournemouth respond to the Harry Arter red card by taking off Jordon Ibe for Nathan Ake.
Harry Arter (Bournemouth)
Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter is sent off for a second bookable offence for dragging back Cheikhou Kouyate on the halfway line.
Bournemouth bring on striker Lewis Grabban for Callum Wilson.
Wilson really didn't get a sniff to be fair to him.
The momentum has fallen out of this a little bit.
West Ham boss Slaven Bilic looks distinctly unimpressed on the sidelines.
Bournemouth defender Simon Francis and West Ham midfielder Cheikhou Kouyate collide near the halfway line. They're both fine.
All the players head over to the touchline for a quick drink.
Jordon Ibe loses the ball, wins it back and then gets tripped by West Ham skipper Mark Noble 30 yards out.
He then kicks the free-kick straight out of play.
It's still the stage of the season where we can excuse players for not being used to weight of the new ball isn't it?
Bournemouth winger Jordon Ibe drifts in off the right wing and hits a low, left-footed shot from 20 yards. No problem for Adrian.
Quite why Ibe refused to shoot from 12 yards out earlier will forever remain a mystery.
West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has seen enough. Enner Valencia is off and Jonathan Calleri comes on for his Premier League debut.
Valencia had 17 touches in his 62 minutes on the pitch and his slow walk off was not appreciated by Hammers fans.
The crowd have raised the noise levels and West Ham have responded.
Michail Antonio clips a ball to the back post and Gokhan Tore fires a volley into the ground that goes just wide.
The West Ham fans are starting to get a little on edge here.
They were the better side in the first half but didn't really create much and now they find themselves lucky to be level.
West Ham 0-0 Bournemouth
John Hartson
Ex-West Ham striker on BBC Radio 5 live
Jordon Ibe timed his run perfectly and stays on-side but he's got to shoot. He tried to be too clever. He's got to take a touch and shoot from where he was. He should have blasted across Adrian's goal and hit the target. It was the best chance of the game so far.
I'm with you John
Superb shot from range from Joshua King forces Adrian in the West Ham goal into a great save.
The forward cleared it from his feet and it was heading for the top corner.
The corner comes to nothing but Eddie Howe will be very pleased with how his Bournemouth side have started this half.
Why Jordon Ibe did not shoot then I do not know.
What a chance!
Bournemouth winger Jordon Ibe is played in but inexplicably he looks to cut the ball back rather than shoot. Corner.
Bournemouth full-back Adam Smith advances and sends a low shot down to Adrian's left. He saves easily.
Good start form the Cherries this half.
Bournemouth win another corner and this time it's a much better delivery.
Adrian attempts to punch away but needs Sam Byram to boot clear from just in front of the line.
