We are back under way at the Amex as Brighton get the second half started.

Can the Seagulls add to their lead or will Philippe Montanier's Forest side get back into the game?

The Championship may have started last weekend but the Premier League gets back under way tomorrow.

Will Leicester City be able to defend their title which they won so remarkably last season?

Also, how will the new summer arrivals - including £89m man Paul Pogba and managers Antonio Conte, Pep Guardiola and Jose Mourinho - get on?

There have been three or four occasions when Forest could have easily scored a goal tonight, and they haven't. It was a seven out of 10 job from Forest. It's been a pretty even game really.

The Seagulls go close again before the half-time whistle goes as the ball drops to Bruno from a second corner.

The Albion skipper can only find the sidenetting from a narrow angle.

That brings the half to an end. Brighton finished it very much on top, but only lead 1-0.

Brighton threaten again from the corner, as Steve Sidwell flicks Jiri Skalak's delivery towards goal and forces a save from Forest keeper Stephen Henderson, at the expense of another corner.

Pajtim Kasami gets a yellow card for a lunge on Anthony Knockaert as Brighton broke forward.

Play goes on and Brighton win a corner.

Pajtim Kasami goes for goal, left-footed, and flights the ball over the wall.

However the former Fulham man's effort hits the sidenetting.

A warning for the Seagulls that Forest can threaten from set pieces.

Oliver Burke makes good progress for Forest down the right and Gaetan Bong chops him down just on the edge of the area.

It gives the Reds a good position for a shot on goal.

Bong goes into the book for that one.

Forest midfielder Pajtim Kasami is down and needs a bit of treatment.

It's a bit of a nasty foul on the Swiss, after Jiri Skalak raked his studs down Kasami's calf.

Ouch.

The hosts come forward again and Knockaert tries his luck from just outside the box, but his shot goes over and wide.

Brighton have the upper hand, and Forest look like they will settle for this at half-time.

Knockaert kept the ball down and there was no chance for Henderson.

That's a little tough on Forest, I believe, but a lack of concentration can do for youngsters.

Knockaert goes for goal but it's a comfortable save for Forest keeper Stephen Henderson.

It was right at the Irishman, who is tested for the first time this evening, even though it was straightforward for the former Charlton man.

Brighton come forward again but Anthony Knockaert can't pick the right pass with Glenn Murray and Tomer Hemed both making runs ahead of him.

Jiri Skalak then picks up the ball on the left and overhits his cross.

Albion then win a free-kick for a foul on Hemed by Damien Perquis. This is central, about 30 yards out from goal.

Forest have their best opportunity of the match after Steve Sidwell gives the ball away in midfield.

Oliver Burke picks up the ball on the right and runs at centre-back Dunk.

He gets into the box and draws out keeper David Stockdale but sends his shot across goal and narrowly wide.

That was as close as we have come to a goal this evening.

A great through ball from Pajtim Kasami almost releases Lars Veldwijk for Forest but Brighton centre-back Lewis Dunk steps in to dispossess him before the Dutchman can turn and shoot.

The last few minutes haven't seen too much action in either box.

Forest's 4-3-3 formation is frustrating Brighton's creative players and striker at the moment.
