Nice play by Hull. David Marshall's goalkick is headed on by Will Keane into the path of Abel Hernández, who bears down on goal but his shot is saved by Heurelho Gomes. Gomes then lets his defence know exactly what he thinks of them.

Roberto Pereyra plays a one-two with Nordin Amrabat, he receives the ball back on the edge of the area but his shot is high and wide.

The teams are back out. I hope both team talks involved 'stick the ball in the back of the net'.

Having said that, a draw would suit Hull, and break their losing streak.

This must be the most damning statistic.

Watford have had 11 shots and only one on target.

Hull have had five shots and again, only one on target.

We hope for better in the second-half.

Younes Kaboul hit the crossbar, Roberto Pereyra hit the post, Troy Deeney has had a couple of half chances. Hull have not threatened much at all.

Walter Mazzarri is talking to one of his assistants, who is holding a plastic folder. He will be happy with how his team are bossing this game, but will want a goal after all their dominance.

We are still waiting for one at Vicarage Road. Watford look the more likely but Hull are standing firm.

But wait a chance...

Troy Deeney should score there.

Watford have had five corners, Hull have had none.

As I type that, Sebastian Prödl fancies a try up front, the defender meets Nordin Amrabat and puts a header just wide.

Nordin Amrabat wins another corner, Roberto Pereyra pokes it in but again it is away by Ahmed Elmohamady.

This game needs a goal. Desperately.

Michael Dawson is all over Odion Ighalo on the edge of the Hull area, the ball falls to Troy Deeney but he shoots wide. Watford protest for a free-kick, to be fair the referee seemed to be playing advantage, but it is a goalkick to Hull.

Ahmed Elmohamady, Hull's only real attacking threat, runs down the right wing and fires in a cross that forces Younes Kaboul into a diving lunge to clear the ball.

Watford are putting the press on Hull, they are tight to each man, making life hard for the visitors.

Hull break and Ahmed Elmohamady puts in a cross but it is headed away by Younes Kaboul.

Will Keane then has a very speculative shot from distance. It's miles over but he gets a nod of encouragement from Mike Phelan.

Another corner to Watford, Roberto Pereyra puts the cross in but it is put out for a throw-in by Ahmed Elmohamady.

Will Keane doesn't seem to be happy with his Hull teammates. Looks like he is bemoaning their lack of support.

Ahmed Elmohamady is trying to make something happen for Hull on the right wing, sending in a couple of teasing crosses.

Ryan Mason then has Hull's first proper shot but Heurelho Gomes makes an easy save.

Hull have stemmed the yellow tide momentarily and Sam Clucas tries his luck from distance but his shot is closed down.
