    Man United 0-0 Burnley

Paul Pogba has had a couple of woeful efforts from distance, but that is more like it.

A swerving 25-yarder is tipped over the top of the Burnley goal by a wary Tom Heaton.

  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 15:45 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Man United 0-0 Burnley

Most of Old Trafford were out of their seats and celebrating.

But they reckoned without Tom Heaton.

A marvellous full-stretch stop to claw away Jesse Lingard's header.

Heaton has been superb so far.

GOAL - Tottenham 1-0 Leicesterpublished at 15:44 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

Vincent Janssen (Pen - 44 mins)

Vincent Janssen was fouled and he gets up to slam the ball down the middle to give Tottenham a deserved lead.

Robert Huth has had a quiet day for once at the heart of Leicester's defence, he's had just five touches all day. He panics in the box and puts an arm on Janssen as he tries to turn and find shooting space. It's a slight pull but a little soft. Spurs will not care, Janssen buries a second spot kick in a week.

  4. Ramirez's goal - in a graphicpublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Middlesbrough 1-0 Bournemouth

Now this in absolutely no way does any justice to the great goal that Gaston Ramirez has just scored, but it does show that he ran from almost the halfway line before scoring for Middlesbrough.

This is one goal to make sure you watch on Match of the Day later.

  5. Important day for Middlesbroughpublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Middlesbrough 1-0 Bournemouth

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender and MOTD2 pundit on Final Score

Gaston Ramirez has been playing quite well actually, in a Middlesbrough team that I think has been struggling.

The celebrations that have gone on then just show how important this is for Middlesbrough.

    Watford 0-0 Hull

    Watford are knock, knock, knocking.

Nordin Amrabat's shot into the turf, sits up invitingly at the back post, but Troy Deeney cannot turn it in for his 100th Watford goal.

  8. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:42 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Tottenham 0-0 Leicester

If anyone is going to score here it's Tottenham. They can't come much closer as Dele Alli runs on to a Kyle Walker cut-back and side foots an effort onto the bar. His technique was sweet from 18 yards and Kasper Schmeichel was a beaten man.

  9. CLOSE!published at 15:42 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Man United 0-0 Burnley

That is how Manchester United fans imagined it in the summer.

    Zlatan Ibramhimovic's no-look pass, Paul Pogba's backheel return and Ibrahimovic's top-corner bound first-time shot.

Ben Mee manages to get his head to the effort to ruin the script.

  10. Attack versus defencepublished at 15:40 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    West Brom 0-2 Manchester City

It is attack versus defence at the Hawthorns. The graphics show the average touch position for each of the players. It is no surprise that Manchester City are 2-0 up. West Brom fans are even chanting "we've got the ball". David Silva flies into a tackle. That was meaty. I didn't think the diminutive Spaniard did things like that. A boomer of a tackle on Craig Dawson.

  11. goal

GOAL - Middlesbrough 1-0 Bournemouthpublished at 15:39 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Gaston Ramirez

    Oh my.

This is a goal to set the video for.

Gaston Ramirez picks the ball up in his own half, scampers upfield, jinks inside the covering defender and coolly rolls a finish past Artur Boruc.

    Lovely stuff.

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Bournemouth

It is warming up on Teesside.

Victor Valdes clouts Joshua King Schmacher-style as he comes rushing off his line to claim the ball. He has somehow got away with it.

At the other end, George Friend slashes a shot into the wrong side of the side netting from a Boro point of view.

  13. Postpublished at 15:38 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    West Brom 0-2 Man City

James McClean breaks down the West Brom right but Manchester City are looking very good here. Bodies back in the right positions, they fluster the winger into an error. David Silva has just had some magic spray applied to his thigh. If they are comfortable he may get taken off at the break with Barcelona in mind.

  14. CLOSE!published at 15:36 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Man United 0-0 Burnley

Burnley's first attempt on goal could easily have been a goal.

United fail to clear a cross with any conviction and Johann Berg Gudmundsson meets the looping ball with a volley 15 yards out.

He has gone for the side-foot and placement, but has placed it right in David De Gea's midriff.

    Vincent Janssen shootsImage source, Reuters

There's a lot of scrutiny of Vincent Janssen lately. Yes, he scored at Liverpool in midweek but a penalty perhaps doesn't please people as much as a goal from open play would. He gets in at the near post here but cannot quite get enough on his flick and the ball glances wide. He'd got in front of Danny Simpson but the defender exerted enough pressure to make it difficult.

  16. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:35 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Man United 0-0 Burnley

Ander Herrera does not look like your midfield hatchet man.

The Spaniard has mis-timed that challenge though, leaving a full set of studs in the thigh of Dean Marney.

Yellow as Herrera does his best choirboy face for Mark Clatterburg.

  17. Postpublished at 15:33 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Tottenham 0-0 Leicester

Leicester's Jamie Vardy is quiet at the moment. Thirty minutes in and no touches in the opposing penalty area for the England centre-forward.

  18. Great Save!published at 15:33 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Bournemouth

Let the record show that Victor Valdes actually made a superb save to divert Josh King's volley onto the bar.

The Spaniard got a fingertip to the ball to send it upwards and off the woodwork.

    Great save.

Jamie Vardy of last season would have been celebrating. Jamie Vardy of this season just looks at the ground in frustration.

Leicteser win the ball in midfield and counter on Spurs. Neat stuff from Andy King and Ahmed Musa and Vardy is released but the ball gets caught under his feet and he's robbed. It needed a good first touch and he was one-on-one.

  20. Postpublished at 15:31 British Summer Time 29 October 2016

    Watford 0-0 Hull

Walter Mazzarri is chewing his nails down the quicks.

His Watford side have been pummeling away at Hull, but have not forced the breakthrough.

It feels like a matter of when, not if, though.
