It looks like Everton are going to finish this game without a shot on target. There's only one team doing the attacking at the moment.

I know it is fireworks night tonight, but for Everton it has been more like Halloween, it has been a fright night.

Diego Costa is limping again. An injury to the striker would take a bit of the shine off the win. After a bit of grimacing, he shakes it off and is good to carry on.

Final change for Chelsea as John Terry comes on for Gary Cahill. 

Cahill doesn't look like he's played over 80 minutes of a football match. Although, to be fair, it's been one of the easier shifts he has had to put in.

Andy in Poole: Wife is yelling "Ten!" at the telly next door, can't tell if she's watching Strictly or urging Chelsea on.

A wonderful performance by Eden Hazard is brought to an end as he is replaced by Michy Batshuayi. Another standing ovation, with the applause that bit louder for the forward after a brilliant display.

Play continues and Chelsea almost get a sixth as David Luiz's shot is tipped over.

Goodness me I forgot Romelu Lukaku was on the pitch. He jogs over to David Luiz when the Chelsea defender gets the ball. Lukaku knows he isn't going to get it and he's teased by the Chelsea players as they pass triangles about him.

A frustrating day for the striker. He's had no service at all.

Chants of "Diego, Diego, Diego" from the home fans. Eden Hazard will grab the headlines but Costa has been fantastic today.

There's still time for a sixth, but Chelsea look more concerned with keeping another clean sheet at the moment.

A spell of possession for Everton at the moment, but it's not a spell of dominance. Chelsea have 10 men behind the ball, quite content to let the visitors pass it square in the middle of their half.

Some Everton fans are leaving. Can anyone blame them?

Gareth Barry, who was booked just before Chelsea's fifth, goes off and is replaced by Tom Davies for the closing stages.  

Everton, by the way, have still not managed a shot on or off target.

You can not give good players time and space. It is far too easy for Chelsea. It has been poor from Everton.
