Worry not, Chelsea fans, Diego Costa is grand now. In fact, he is not far off getting on the end of Eden Hazard's cross, but Everton head away.

There's blood on Diego Costa's sock so there was definitely a hefty bit of contact there.

Costa has limped back onto the pitch, but he does look in some discomfort.

That is a yellow card for me, it is high, it has got him on the ankle. Antonio Conte is going mad. Seamus Coleman has really got Diego Costa there. He has got away with that.

    Uh oh.

Concern for Chelsea. Diego Costa is down and looks in pain. He got tagged by Seamus Coleman.

Eventually Costa gets up, but he's hobbling...

Marcos Alonso could be key for Chelsea today. Twice he's managed to get away down the left and get a cross in, one of those forcing Maarten Stekelenburg to gather at his near post.

Eden Hazard does find a pocket of space on the left but soon as Seamus Coleman and Ramiro Funes Mori for company as he tries to wriggle his way into the box. Everton clear.

    Chelsea 0-0 Everton

Chelsea are straight on the attack but that Everton back five does the job of limiting the space for the Blues forwards. The hosts will need to be creative if they are to unlock this defence.

As the final Premier League weekend ahead of Remembrance Day, all of the teams playing today have been tribute to those who have lost their lives fighting for their country.

These are the shirts the players are wearing as they come out onto the pitch.

We've just had the delightful sight of a giant Gary Cahill flexing his muscles on the Chelsea TV screen before pressing a button that results in fireworks going off around the top of the stadium.

The fans love it, as a huge roar greets the sight of the colourful night sky.

We know Chelsea are strong but, like them, we have enough quality players on the pitch to see a good match today.

It's quite appropriate that these two teams meet on Bonfire Night because Diego Costa and ex-Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku are on fire.

Costa has scored one more goal than Lukaku but there's very little between them. Costa is averaging a goal every 110 minutes while Lukaku has one every 107 minutes.

They've both had 17 shots on target in the games they have played this season.

Middlesbrough did Chelsea a favour by grabbing a late equaliser at Manchester City, so the Blues can go top of the table with a win.

Everton, meanwhile, can move up to fifth if they take all three points. However, they have not won at Stamford Bridge in 22 years...

No surprises as Chelsea boss Antonio Conte names an unchanged line-up for the third successive game. The Blues have won their previous four Premier League fixtures.

That means Pedro retains his place in attack, alongside Diego Costa and Eden Hazard, who scored against Southampton last weekend.

Goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg is back in the Everton side after missing the 2-0 defeat of West Ham with injury. Defender Phil Jagielka also returns to their side while Tom Cleverley replaces the suspended Idrissa Gana Gueye in midfield.

My hands may have nearly been frozen to my bike handles it was that cold this morning, but what this wintry weather does do is produce gorgeous sunsets like this.

The scene is set for a decent bit of evening football. Will the game deliver?

    Let's check out the teams.

Chelsea are proving to be the real deal since they changed formation., external They are genuine title contenders in my opinion.

Diego Costa looks leaner, Eden Hazard has rediscovered top form now he has license to roam, and Victor Moses has been a revelation at wing-back.

The new system means that when the other team have the ball, Chelsea revert to five at the back and so it is little wonder they have gone 410 minutes without conceding a goal. The fact Chelsea have no European commitments can only strengthen their title prospects.

Ronald Koeman is a shrewd manager and I think Everton will finish in the top six. However, they have a poor record at Stamford Bridge and Chelsea have to start as favourites.
