  2. PENALTY TO CRYSTAL PALACEpublished at 52 mins

    Hull City 1-0 Crystal Palace

For the second time today referee Mike Jones has pointed to the penalty spot, and for the second time today it is a soft one.

Hull only partially clear a corner and it falls to Wilfried Zaha who jinks and turns in the top corner of the penalty area. Zaha falls over the leg of Robert Snodgrass, who scored a controversial spot-kick earlier today, and it is a penalty.

Unlike the earlier decision, there is contact, but you would never be happy with the decision going against your side.

Just to make you Palace fans feel worse, just to remind you that Robert Snodgrass was already on a booking before falling to the ground untouched to win a penalty.

So, instead of picking up what would have been a second yellow card for diving, he scored from the spot to put Hull ahead.

Alan Pardew's post-match interview may be a bit lively later on. He may not be too impressed with Snodgrass or referee Mike Jones.

You lot are not too impressed with Robert Snodgrass's conduct to earn his side a penalty, which he then converted.

Ollie Thomas: Debate? The most blatant dive I've ever seen.

Palace Fan Pete: Nowhere near him an absolute disgraceful dive from Snodgrass.

Ryan Shivashankar: What a dive. This is why we need video officials. Richest league in the world you would expect to have this but still nope.

Some shooting practice is needed for Harry Maguire on Monday. For the second time he gets the ball outside the box. If his first effort was bad, this is each worse. High, wide and not very handsome.

    John Hartson
    Ex-Wales striker on Final Score

It's a dive. I know Snoddy really well and I think when he looks at that tonight he'll know he bought it off the referee. We saw it last week with Dele Alli and Kyle Naughton.

You cannot let diving carry on, we have to eradicate diving from football.

    Hull City 0-0 Crystal Palace

A penalty for Hull, and it is a hugely controversial one. Scott Dann is adjudged to have fouled Robert Snodgrass, who will take the spot-kick.

The replays show Dann sliding in ready to make a challenge, but he pulls his leg away as Snodgrass crumbles to the floor under no contact.

Dann is furious, and rightly so. A yellow card for the Palace man follows, just to make him feel even worse.
