    QPR 0-0 Wolves

Ex-Wolves and QPR midfielder Simon Osborn on BBC WM: "Wolves have started to come back into the game after that first 10 minutes, but I think Paul Lambert will now be looking for a bit more from his side. Neither keeper has really had a shot to save."

    QPR 0-0 Wolves

After a slow start, Wolves have got themselves back on a even-footing with the hosts and both sides are more or less cancelling each other out.

Rangers keeper Alex Smithies is once again called into action as a teammate slightly underhits a pass back to him, but he's swiftly off his line to clear the danger.

    QPR 0-0 Wolves

From out of nowhere, Wolves are close to breaking the deadlock.

A long ball is punted forward, and QPR keeper Alex Smithies gets to it and clears just moments before Conor Coady could latch onto it.

A couple of minutes earlier, James Perch became the first man to be shown a yellow card. It's a rather needless one as well, as he was booked for dissent.

    QPR 0-0 Wolves

Wolves win their first corner as James Perch heads behind a testing Ivan Cavaleiro delivery, but moments later QPR are back on the attack.

A Rangers corner is cleared to Grant Hall, whose thunderous strike looks to be headed goalwards before Danny Batth gets his head in the way.

Brave defending from the Wolves centre-half.

Ex-Wolves and QPR midfielder Simon Osborn on BBC WM: "QPR have started brightly, they're getting on to the second balls and are causing a few problems."

    QPR 0-0 Wolves

Wolves are being forced backwards in these early stages, with Conor Washington winning a corner for QPR down the right.

Rangers look to have wasted the chance when they take it short, but they eventually work the ball forward again to Tjaronn Chery, who drags his shot wide from the edge of the box.

    QPR 0-0 Wolves

Sebastian Polter wins QPR a free-kick around 30 yards out, but Tjaronn Chery's cross is cleared away by a Romain Saiss header.

Not too much in this early on, but the hosts are seeing little bit more of the ball.

Ex-England defender Matt Upson on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra: "When you get a new manager it is likely to get a reaction. They key is not to be too frantic or too rushed with your play, but to do things quickly at the same time."

QPR get the game under way - at the second attempt mind you, as the referee wasn't ready as they first tried to kick off.

  10. A minute's silence for Chapecoensepublished at 19:48 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2016

    QPR v Wolves (19:45 GMT)

There's a minute's silence prior to kick-off to remember the 71 people who lost their lives when a plane carrying 77 people, including the Brazilian football team Chapecoense, crashed in Colombia on Tuesday.

The moment is beautifully observed by both sets of fans and players.

It's early days for both of these two managers, but what have you made of their performances so far?

Wolves may not have won yet under Paul Lambert, but have they shown signs of an impending turnaround in fortunes?

Has Ian Holloway brought back fond memories of his QPR successes from his first spell in charge more than a decade ago?

Whatever your thoughts on the two bosses, or tonight's game, you can get in touch on Twitter using the hashtag #bbcefl.

  15. Third time lucky for Lambert?published at 19:32 Greenwich Mean Time 1 December 2016

    Paul LambertImage source, Rex Features

Paul Lambert hasn't had the best of starts since taking over from Walter Zenga as Wolves boss on 5 November, with a draw and a loss from his first two games in charge at Molineux.

In fairness to the former Blackburn and Aston Villa boss, his task wasn't likely to be an easy one, with the club already on a seven-match winless run prior to his appointment.

That form sees Wolves level on points with 22nd-placed Wigan. Another defeat tonight would see them slide into the relegation zone.

They say "never go back", but Ian Holloway's second spell as QPR boss started in impressive fashion, with a 2-1 victory over Norwich at Loftus Road.

Unfortunately for 'Ollie', his team followed that performance up with a far less impressive 3-0 defeat at the hands of Ipswich.

That result left the R's 15th in the table, but victory over Wolves tonight would get them back in the top 10, just three points outside the play-off places.
