The Wigan chairman knows all about the importance of the FA Cup.

Who could forget that Ben Watson moment? As the youth of today say... "scenes".

We've got a cracking Wigan-related topic for you to tweet us on. More details on that next. For now, here's David Sharpe's message...

  2. Saturday's best FA Cup goalspublished at 11:00 Greenwich Mean Time 29 January 2017

Right, you've just opened your eyes on a Sunday morning and your thought process goes something like... brew... toast... trousers... goals.

Here is the latter, a collection from yesterday. You can watch it with out without trousers.

Dion Dublin there. I've taken to watching him on Homes Under the Hammer of late. Knows his stuff. As comfortable talking about zonal marking as he is about dry rot or a damp course. A rare breed. They don't make them like him anymore.

  4. 'Harris knows Millwall better than anyone'published at 10:55 Greenwich Mean Time 29 January 2017

    Millwall v Watford (12:00 GMT)

    Dion Dublin
Former Leicester and Man Utd forward on Football Focus

Neil Harris was a nuisance as a player. He wanted to win all the time and wouldn't leave training until he had scored.

I played up front with him and he would be talking to you all the time.

He always had that managerial streak in him and if you do it in training, when it comes to games you take it in your stride.

He knows Millwall better than anyone who's played for the club. He knows what the fans demand.

John Cross of the Mirror has his finger on the pulse as ever, he's at Millwall, where the match programme is, well, pretty bland if I'm honest.

Millwall boss Neil Harris describes this as a "free hit" for his side. No pressure in other words. Watford like facing Millwall and have lost just one of the last 10 meetings between the sides - winning seven.

So, put simply, this is your running order for the day.

If your boyfriend wants to go out for a walk but you want to watch the Lions at midday, you need to get him out early as the schedule is pretty hectic.

I'm not sure if Jose Mourinho is the flirty type. Wigan will test him out a little later.

Between now and then we have Millwall v Watford Fulham v Hull and Sutton United v Leeds. All four games will be covered in live texts, while BBC Sport brings you two of them on TV and three on Radio 5 live.

More details on that to come but settle in, enjoy, good luck. Don't flirt with the idea of exit.

  9. 'It's shocking'published at 10:38 Greenwich Mean Time 29 January 2017

So welcome one and all to FA Cup fourth-round Sunday.

The Mail on Sunday captures Saturday's action nicely with its headline.

Liverpool are gone, Brighton were rumbled Lincoln, Tottenham flirted with exit so much that Mauricio Pochettino has chapped lips.

Man alive, it's cold out there.

Jurgen, if you're reading, curl up under the covers mate, the morning headlines are going to do little to warm you up.

I've been out there feverishly scraping away at the windows, something needs to thaw me out and my guess is it will be Millwall v Watford. Blood and thunder stuff at The Den.

Claw away the duvet ladies and gents. Yesterday was a scorcher of an FA Cup day. Today we go one better. Today my ice-fighting comrades, we... go... one... better.
