When you've played for Millwall, I think it's slightly different to many clubs you play for.

The fans treat you as an equal, they don't look up to you.

You need to earn their respect, and once you have their respect they'll look after you forever.

Last season's heartbreak in the play-off final has not held Millwall back this season, with success in the league matched by a run to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup.

"We’ve used the disappointment from last year to galvanise us this year," Harris told BBC Radio London.

"I’ve used it as inspiration in my team talks at times, and I will certainly be using it to galvanize us before the game.

"What my players did last year was a great achievement; what they’ve done this year’s been even better in my eyes.

"They’ve given me everything for two years. I want to be successful at the weekend because I want my players to achieve."

Bradford City boss Stuart McCall is looking to put some personal Wembley ghosts to rest today.

The former Scotland international has not enjoyed the best success rate in his previous visits to England's national stadium.

"My record is not great there. I went down as part of the Tartan Army and saw Scotland beat England 1-0 in 1981 and it's been downhill since then," he told BBC Radio Leeds.

"I had two Wembley appearances with Everton and lost both times, I was in the Scotland side that lost 2-0 in 1996, I was part of the Scotland coaching staff when we lost to England in a friendly a few years ago and I went down to watch Bradford when they lost 5-0 to Swansea in the League Cup final.

"My first one is a strong memory and hopefully if this is my last Wembley experience it is as good as my first!"

It's on big days like this that you find out who all your favourite celebrities support - they all come out of the woodwork for Wembley!

Ever wondered who 'Neil' from The Inbetweeners supports? Wonder no more.

Former Bradford City player and assistant manager Wayne Jacobs might not have the same following as Harrison but he's certainly a legend among Bradford supporters.

He's on co-commentary duty with BBC Radio Leeds today.

The Bradford fans to my right give a rapturous reception as the Bantams team emerges for pre-game warm-ups.

Millwall's fans are taking a little longer to file into the stadium, with their cheers drowned out by jeers from the City fans as the Lions emerge a few minutes later.

There were no surprises as both sides name unchanged starting line-ups, but Bradford are boosted by the return to the bench of striker Alex Jones, who scored against the Lions while on loan at Port Vale from Birmingham earlier.

Both of the regular season meetings between these two ended in 1-1 draws.

In fact 18 of the 45 meetings between the two sides have ended level and nobody in the EFL drew as many league games as Bradford's 19 this season.

I'm not saying make yourself comfortable but I'm also not not saying that...

After draws in both their previous games this season, Millwall boss Neil Harris has been understandably cautious about making any predictions for today.

"Bradford are a good side, they’ve got some real individual ability," he told BBC Radio London.

"Collectively, they’re a good team, hard to beat, well-drilled and they’ve got various systems of play. We won’t know until three o’clock what they’re going to do.

"We’ve had two really close games this year, so close games that it makes it really tough to call this one."

No changes for Neil Harris' side either - he's stuck with the same side which won 3-2 in the second leg at Scunthorpe.

Five of the starting 11 started last season's final defeat by Barnsley.

Millwall XI: Archer, Romeo, Webster, Hutchinson, Craig, Wallace, Abdou, Williams, O'Brien, Gregory, Morison.

Bradford City go with the same team that drew 0-0 with Fleetwood in the second leg of their play-off semi-final.

Defenders Rory McArdle and James Meredith were in the Bradford team promoted to League One at Wembley in 2013.

Bradford XI: Doyle; McMahon, McArdle, Knight-Percival, Meredith, Marshall, Cullen, Vincelot, Law, Wyke, Clarke .

In comparison to their opponents today, Millwall have endured a topsy turvy season.

The Lions were 14th in the table after a 3-0 defeat by Scunthorpe in December before a 16-match unbeaten run saw them move up into play-off contention.

However, a 3-0 defeat by Oxford in their last home game of the season looked to have opened the door for Southend to pinch sixth only for an 85th minute winner from Shaun Hutchinson to give them a 4-3 win at Bristol Rovers on the last day of the season.

The first leg of their play-off semi-final with the Iron ended goalless before they fought back from a goal down to win 3-2 at Glanford Park to seal a Wembley return.

It was a fairly turbulent summer in West Yorkshire, with the club acquiring new owners and long-serving boss Phil Parkinson walking out to be replaced by club legend Stuart McCall.

Despite employing a far more possession based game than his predecessor, McCall, who helped the Bantams win promotion to the Premier League in one of his two spells as a player, picked up where Parkinson had left off.

Along with Tottenham, Bradford were one of only two teams in the top four divisions to go all season unbeaten at home.

After finishing in fifth they faced Fleetwood in two tight play-off semi-finals, with a single Rory McArdle header in the first leg enough to see them through to Wembley 1-0 on aggregate.

It's a wonderful day for football at Wembley, with the roof open and the pitch bathed in sun as the stands start to fill up.

Heavy rain is forecast for later though, so today could come down to a question of who adapts to the changing conditions the quickest.

The few showers we have seen already have done nothing to dampen the atmosphere on Wembley Way though, with both sets of fans in good voice before the game.

There is a sense of familiarity about this season's League One play-off final.

Last year Bradford were beaten by Millwall over two legs in the semi-final before the Lions fell to a 3-1 defeat by Barnsley in the final.

For one team today will bring not only promotion to the Championship but redemption after last season's heartache.
